I am generally critical and this was the best Dentist experience I’ve had in years. Literally great experience. I honestly have no clue what the bad reviews are on about I was initially quite nervous. Front Desk ladies were super kind - answered any & all questions I had. Very accommodating and helpful. Had X-Rays Done and some other work. Didn’t feel pressured or judged etc; Very comfortable atmosphere and all staff I encountered were genuinely pleasant!! I had a great experience & will be returning for more work Seriously - give this practice a try.

Had a root canal which had been one of the worst experiences to date. Then I was referred by the office to a specialist they work with to review a questionable tooth for root canal. X-rays were never sent to the specialist. I called the office & spoke with Amy which was even a worst experience. I was blamed for not having the X-rays sent to the specialist they work and referred me to. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Needless to say I will no longer be going to this train wreck of a place. A class in customer service would be beneficial!

I was a new patient. First time visiting this dentist. I had two crowns that I needed to get replaced. This was the third set of crowns that I'm getting because it was an injury that happened in my childhood. With the previous two crowns that I had, those previous dentists had already reshaped the surrounding teeth to the crown that was in the bottom row of my teeth. When I came in to Amara to get my crowns replaced, I didn't think I had to explain that I didn't want the surrounding teeth to be reshaping or shaving down any more than they already were. I regret not speaking up for myself but at the same time if you are a dentist and you're replacing a crown for somebody why would you reshape it and shave down even more of the surrounding teeth of a crown? It wasn't necessary. The bottom row of my teeth used to be straight across. Now the bottom row of my teeth are not straight across anymore because she shaved down the surrounding teeth of the crown and created a dip. So now instead of the bottom row of my teeth going straight across, now it goes down on a swoop and it looks like there's a dent in the bottom row of my teeth. I have to look like this for the rest of my life. I don't even want to look at myself in the mirror when I brush my teeth. I cannot explain how absolutely lividly upset I am. With the trauma that's already happened to my teeth and now I have to walk around for the rest of my life looking like this, I'm so upset. It looks absolutely ridiculous. I'm going to live like this for the rest of my life and this will most likely be the last set of crowns that I get. I won't be returning to this dentist because it's only going to remind me of how upset I am that they ruined my teeth. If you're getting your crowns replaced make sure you tell them not to shave down the surrounding teeth and start getting crafty with making different designs with your teeth. I can't believe that I have to look like this for the rest of my life. I wish I spoke up for myself but I don't feel like I should have had to why in the world would you go and shave down even more of the surrounding teeth that had already been reshaped twice before by two previous dentist. I had Dr Jordan. I'm just really upset that this happened to me and I'm going to have to live like this for the rest of my life. There was absolutely no reason why the surrounding teeth should have been shaving down anymore than they already were. And I don't understand why it wasn't disclosed to me that you were planning on shaving down my teeth. It looks absolutely ridiculous and I'm so unhappy. One of my fears when I got these crowns replaced was that it wasn't going to look the same as it did before. Now my teeth are completely ruined and I have to look like this for the rest of my life. There's no words that I can find to explain how absolutely upset I am. I regret coming here. I should have just went back to the previous dentist that did it before. I regret coming here. I paid to look like this for the rest of my life. Now, you can tell that there's a crown there it doesn't look natural at all. I paid to look like this for the rest of my life. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very professional staff whom do perform excellent performance of regular dental procedures. My regular scheduled appointments are always most rewarding in terms of the patient review.

My mom got a root dental implant done. After the lab denied the mold 3x times she got suspicious and went for the opinions of two other dentist who have done hundreds of root canal implants.. they both told her that it was done poorly in all aspects, the material, style, positioning and possible infection still in play. Told us they wouldn’t be surprised if it failed in 1-3 years if we didn’t get it fixed. Had to spend 12k$ plus to fix Amara’s improper work and get it right. Amara’s manager Jackie told us she had to put a claim in. I asked for an email confirmation to be forwarded to us. It’s been over a year and multiple efforts both over phone and in person. For a refund on the dental implant/bridge that was never used. Do not go here.
