I have been coming to this dentist office a few times now and every time it's been a great experience. The front dentist staff is courteous and attentive. The dentists does great work, never experienced any delays and when I call they always answer promptly and assist me quickly for any appointments. For the past 15 years I have nothing but horrible experiences from multiple dentist offices within the city, I'm glad I found this place. FYI... I even received a dental care package during every cleaning visit which I have not seen or received since the 90's & early 2000's. I was impressed. Keep up the good work All American Smile Dentist Studios??

I've been going here for a few years now and it's the best office I've been to. The staff is nice, friendly, and very personable. The doctors are also very attentive to anything you need which is a relief.

I have been going there for years because the dental hygienist Tamara is great, but I have not had great luck with the dentist, but the last two years have been the worst. I went in for a crown, and the doctor said I didn't need a root canal. Boy, was he wrong. I was in a lot of pain for a while. I ended up getting a root canal after all. Unfortunately, Dr. Black, the dentist that did the root canal, went right thru into the bone, but he didn't tell me. He just said that the tool for the root canal broke, but it would be fine. The funny thing is that they made me sign a small piece of paper saying that some times stuff happens before I left the office. On my next visit, I told them I was still in pain, but he said it takes time for the pain to go away. After a year, I ended up with an infection, losing my tooth and paying $750.00 to have it removed because the Dotor lied. It cost me almost $2,500.00 for pain and losing my tooth. Dr. Benjamin said he was going to give me an implant at a discounted price but never did. That is the same thing that happened when Dr. Black said that the tool broke in my tooth. Dr. Benjamin said he was going to call a specialist to see what could be done, and he never did. I have been going there for years and they change dentist very often and unfortunately I always get the not so good ones. I'm a very loyal person and that's why I didn't leave before but this was the last straw.

This place is the absolute best. Always do an amazing job and I leave feeling amazing. Thoughtful, caring, gentle - everything you want in a dentist. From reception to the dentist chair it’s like a warm hug. Regular cleanings and more serious procedures they do it all and they are the best!

Dr. Benjamin and his staff are great! They are always very welcoming and professional. The receptionist always has a smile on her face and treats everyone with the utmost respect. Tamara, is by far, the best Dental Hygienist I have ever encountered. She is super thorough and gentle when cleaning my teeth. I go every 3 months to prevent any gum disease. I highly recommend Dr Benjamin and Tamara to get your teeth taken care of.

Was there today , my first visit to this practice. The intake was smooth and courteous. 10 minutes later I was called . I had a cleaning which I feel was not done well . The dental assistant that clean my teeth , slightly passed the polishing cleaning method. After another 10 minutes the doctor came in . I inquired what does the x- ray revealed as per the health of the teeth and gum . She said let me check your mouth . She scrutinized my mouth and said everything is ok . I had to mentioned to her how I see my gum and teeth are receding , and she said I should use soft toothbrush. I was hoping that she will notice and address that my gum and teeth are receding. Instead of having me , bring it to her attention. Not sure anyone what one shall anticipate when seeing a doctor.
