Straight up a scam to start off. I wish I could give 0 stars. I called as a new patient and wanted to simply know if they took my insurance for a cleaning. I was told they would have to do an exam first and then a deep cleaning if needed which my insurance does not pay for. I said what if they say I need a deep cleaning but I only want a regular cleaning that my insurance would pay for. She tells me that I would have to do the deep cleaning anyways. I found it odd that people apparently so often need deep cleanings at this office that they feel the need to bring this up before even seeing my teeth. At this point I accidentally hung up when I moved my phone. I called back immediately. The same woman answer I apologized and explained I accidentally hung up when I moved my phone. She said please hold and put me on hold. It was 4:45 at this point and I could tell by how quickly she put me on hold she had no intention of picking up again and I was absolutely right. I sat on hold for 15 minutes and the second the office closed at 5 the line mysteriously disconnected. Thank God it did because it shows me what a scam this dental "practice" is. I have never heard of needing an exam before a cleaning in my life and to be treated like that by the woman at the front desk was just insane. I take very good care of my teeth I do not need a deep cleaning and I am not committing to an exam if I might not even get a cleaning after unless I pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning. There are SOOO many other dentists in this area PLEASE find another one and save yourself the hundreds of unnecessary dollar they will have you spend while also leaving you on hold until after they close. With customer service practices like this I don't even have to wish for you to go out of business. Its practically guaranteed it will happen.

Crazy how many people who gave one stars were told they needed a deep cleaning before any type of treatment. We’ll add me to that crowd! Only reason I let the dr do that is because I wanted one for a few years now anyways considering my gum pockets and how I’d like them to possibly shrink over time. Also was told by dr Aly I need a root canal and 2 fillings (which he claimed one cavity was almost down to the root) well that was over a month ago when I was first seen and told all this. Then on June 12th I received my Deep cleaning and haven’t heard from them since in regards to the root canal or the fillings I need done! He tryed telling me it takes a month avd a half for insurance to approve the crown for root canal but I know that’s not true because my last dentist got it approved in just a little over a week. I’m sure he’s just waiting to ride this out so the tooth rots more abd my cavities get worse abd I need more treatment (hence not getting a call back in regards to getting my fillings done) they just did a deep cleaning and then scheduled follow up appointments in regards to that and seem to only want to be focused on the deep cleaning. Well I won’t be coming back for the follow ups since that’s all this crooked practice seems to care about pushing on people. I was going to give at least least a four and maybe five star review if I received a call back in regards to getting my fillings but that never happened. They just Lost yet another patient

Scam practice. They care about money vs the wellbeing of client/ patient care. I went in for a cleaning, they took my insurance then took x rays, which I didn’t ask for and proceeded to charge me $270. This is just for the x rays and I didn’t get a cleaning. If I wanted a cleaning I was to pay $870. What type of practice doesn't tell you if your insurance covers payment or not. I will be contacting the bbb

A colleague from work recommended Align Dental to me. I had never got my teeth checked professionally before, but i must say my experience at here was great! Yolanda at the front desk was very nice, walked me through registration and getting set up before the actual dental work. I am so grateful. Everything was done professionally. I enjoyed my entire experience! 10/10!

Dr. Aly is the least personable dentist I have ever met. I started to cry in pain during step 1 of root canal (a grown woman!) and he said “if you keep this up, we will be here all day.” I felt so trapped, helpless…I pushed through the shooting pain and left in tears. I will not be going back. (Yes, Dr. Aly also REQUIRED me to do a “deep cleaning” of 1k out of pocket before ANY service!)
