Amazing staff! I came in as an emergency visit. Dr Bui observed what needed to be done and inquired with assistants to work over to help with my extractions! We were there way past closing time. He is gentle and attentive to patients needs. He explained my options and executed them. I HATE going to dentist. This man was kind and gentle with the shots in roof of mouth and actual extractions. I can’t say enough about them. Janelle was also kind and patient. They work over to help me with my pain. I’m a patient for life! Thank you Alexander Dental!!

I've been coming here for 20+ years, and have seen numerous dentists and hygienist come and go. Dr. Lee, Dr. Bui, and Tenaye are the best. I've had many issues with my mouth over the years, and they've tested me with nothing but kindness and gentleness. (I would not however recommend Dr. Radmall, their periodontist. I had an experience with him, where he told me I would need upwards of $6,000 worth of work done on my gums, and if I didn't, my teeth would fall out. Very upsetting as a person to hear that.)

I have had a lot of work done in this office over the past year and I am happy to say that the fear of going to the dentist is long gone. My dentist Shannon Lee and her assistant have the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Shannon makes the entire experience fun and enjoyable. Thank you to Shannon Lee.

This will take me a whole year typing this complaint. My 10 years old got reffered to this office in August 2024 from Deer Spring Modern Dentistry to get more work done that Dr. Lee don't specialize like he mentioned "sedation". Appointment was made in August to see her in September 17, 2024. The staff at this office called one day before the appointment that I have to call my Aetna insurance to change the doctor to Dr. Bui, which I did. The day of the appointment I called at 1pm to let them know that we're leaving the house to head to the 330 appointment. I was told her appointment got cancelled due to her age, and Dr. Bui cannot see her. Staff Liliana who spoke to me about changing doctor didn't tell me this then that they are planning to cancel her appointment?. They cancelled her appointment without letting me know (very unprofessional). She's only 10 y/o, and before this, she was transferred to the same company next door in adult care and still not able to see her?-which makes no sense! I am pissed as hell on why they're doing this to her appointment, she's in pain and needs to be seen, we had to wait a month for this appointment and they just cancelled like that. I have a feeling that we're being discrimanated. This office will get what they deserve! and my daughter is not one of this punishment. This office needs to get shutdown! if you can't explain a better reason not to serve patient, why stay open? Staff needs to go back school and learn more ways on how to do scheduling and commnunicating with patients, some doesn't know what they're doing in there.

My daughter is a returning patient and after they allowed me to book an appointment and come to the office they say enrollment for the office is closed even though I am a returning patient. I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me I can't be seen, policy is ok but the unprofessional practices at this office is why I won't be returning. Please choose a dentist office that deserves your money. Disappointed

worst dental office. dont ever come here to get braces. they made my teeth go forward and then they said " beacause your gum not healthy " . and they dont want to solve the problem, all they want is money. i'm a transfer patient. all they said " i dont know " • they dont care about patient consents. if you want braces dont ever come here.

Dr Bui was gentle and compassionate! Janelle and Vanessa were excellent assistants. Staff is friendly and they explain your options and work with insurance.

They treat you like their only patient. Everyone is friendly and you feel right at home. I have never experienced pain and would recommend Dr. Bui or Dr. Lee to anyone fearful of the dentist.
