I am pleased with the outcome. Sarah worked diligently with me to get a comfortable fit. I felt like she listened to my concerns and really saw me. The office manager and Sarah were kind. They were able to get me in for adjustments the same or next day appointments.

In the very beginning, the office staff were very kind and helpful when I needed to come in and get things fixed during the one year that I had for adjustments needed. Once I needed to come in after a couple years, I had something happen that I felt was not my fault at all, with a part breaking in complete half, making it so I couldn't wear them at all. I started having a very different experience, they didn't come up with solutions to fix what was wrong, and all they were willing to do is minimal things that did not change why I came in there. I'm very disappointed in what I got in the first place, I've had nothing but problems with them from the beginning and now I'm stuck with something that really can't get any better except for starting completely over, which I cannot afford to do. They make everything look perfect and pretty and the process simple, but their attitude completely changed once I paid for what I was there for. When you had to go back the staff were very different and standoffish when I had to come in for something else to be fixed yet again. I don't personally recommend them.

This place was absolutely amazing! The staff ladies were an absolutely delight! And Dr Ward was THE GREATEST! dr. Ward is super easy to talk to and very laid-back couldn't have asked for a better dentist! he made me feel right at home and normally I have anxiety as soon as I walk in the door to a dentist, but for some reason, I had no anxiety whatsoever. His demeanor is perfect for people who normally get nervous. He makes you forget about your nerves. I am new to Colorado, so I had no idea what I was going to be presented with as far as a Dentist goes, but I am definitely happy with him and his character. I will definitely refer others to him!!! Thank you, Dr. Ward and I will see you again on Tuesday!

They were very nice there. I only went for a consultation and they referred me over to a specialist since I am very young. Everyone I talked to there was very nice and understanding of my situation. And they gave us free little bottles of water while we waited for the doctor

Please don’t go here if you have an acrylic allergy. They were ZERO help! The oral surgeon Dr Ward suggested I go to a dermatologist to have a patch allergy test done but they wouldn’t even work with the dermatologist to determine what testing I would need. I miss the days when medical/ dental offices cared about actually helping patients.

Lupe at the front desk and Sarah, the assistant are super sweet. if you need help with rescheduling or payment, they are on top of it and very understanding. I had an implant and two crowns done with Dr. Ward very pleased and happy. I definitely recommend them if you need an implant or any teeth, Work

So far it's going pretty good ! It's been 2 months since my extractions and I haven't fully healed so I haven't received my full time set . But I expect it will go smooth. I have no complaints.
