Most of the staff were wonderful, accommodating, pleasant and helpful. However the technician, Judy, greeted me by scolding me for being late and informing me that I was past the grace period of ten minutes. My husband had been seen prior and notified the staff I would be late because I was babysitting my 4 year old grandchildren. Judy however showed me no grace. She was rude and rough. I have asked to not see her again. If I do, I won’t return.

I've been going to the Monona Affiliated Dentists for as long as they've been in Monona... which has been several decades now. I've had Theresa for the majority of those years. I highly recommend her & this clinic to anyone who is seeking dental care. Very professional & courteous.
