The office staff with great big smiles to greet me as I walked thru the doors! The dental assistant very welcoming! The Dentist was very approachable and a big smile ans a friendly disposition! I felt like I found the right Dental office for me! I felt very comfortable! Being the first time at Affiliated Dental, I am very happy that I chose you! Thank you for being so inviting and friendly. Teresa, the dental hygienist, is absolutely amazing!! I have a severe fear, even though I know it is irrational, of the dentist. Teresa is so respectful and accommodating to my fear. She is thorough, work s quickly and stays focus, along with being very personable to keep my mind busy to provide me with and experience that is positive. If it wasn't for Teresa, and Dr Miller, I'm not sure I would be able to continue having routine checkups. Teresa is the best!

I continue to get great service at this dentist and would recommend them to anyone. I have very sensitive teeth and hated getting cleanings but they have an opinion here to use an alternative ultrasonic device that is pain free. I also had a root canal go bad and they took great care of me. The new tooth is perfect.

Had two appointments with Dr Gustavson and he and his staff make you comfortable and are great to work with. They made sure I was feeling no pain and my first appointment I was in and out of there in no time. My second appointment I was early for and they found time to squeeze me in so we were way ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend using Affiliated Dentist for any of your dental needs.

I had a great cleaning today as well as good advice for products I should use to keep my teeth healthy and clean in the future. My dentist followed it up with a thorough examination of my mouth throat and mouth base. He consulted with me regarding an upcoming crown project. I was. Completely satisfied with the experience.

Terrific experience today. Alla (hygienist) was polite, professional, patient and efficient. She was very kind and explained everything she was doing! Dr. Peles was great as always. She's my fave Doc at AD! Thanks!

Most of the staff were wonderful, accommodating, pleasant and helpful. However the technician, Judy, greeted me by scolding me for being late and informing me that I was past the grace period of ten minutes. My husband had been seen prior and notified the staff I would be late because I was babysitting my 4 year old grandchildren. Judy however showed me no grace. She was rude and rough. I have asked to not see her again. If I do, I won’t return.

I've been going to the Monona Affiliated Dentists for as long as they've been in Monona... which has been several decades now. I've had Theresa for the majority of those years. I highly recommend her & this clinic to anyone who is seeking dental care. Very professional & courteous.
