I love Dr. Maroon. He is a true artist and my smile is amazing. The technology is cutting edge and the staff there is amazing. The lovely and professional assistant that cared for me for both of my visits is so skilled and so professional that it really impresses me ( forgive me I can't remember American in menopause) .Every time I leave that office I am smiling. The reason why I smile is not just because my teeth look wonderful, but also because I leave so truly satisfied with the experience, every step of the way.

Yesterday was my first visit. The whole staff was wonderful. I was walked through in detail, every step that was being taken. Lots of questions asked of me so they could fully understand my issue. I was always given opportunities to ask questions. After some talking and pictures, I met with the Dr, his main assistant, and someone from the office that works on all the insurance, billing, and finance options. I wish I could remember their names. Dr talked tome about my issue. He walked me through what he saw from all my pictures and X-rays. Discussed with me what he felt was my best option. I loved his plan. So he wrote it up, and then the woman from the office broke everything down for me in steps, what was covered and what wasn’t, and what would be due at each. I’ve never had a dental visit like this. It was wonderful. Thank you so much to everyone at Advanced Dental of Berlin for making things so calming and informative. Can’t wait to come back for the next steps!

After having a pretty bad experience with a different dentist, I was recommended Advance Dental. After just my first visit I knew this office would be a place for me. Evelin at the front desk was wonderful, understood my need perfectly. Jen the hygienist I saw was professional and knowledgeable about her job, she did a great job with my cleaning. And finally Dr Abbot saw me to go over everything and what is needed of me for continued dental success. Overall I would recommend anyone I know to come here for their dental needs

Dr. Abbott and team are incredible. Coming into my appointment a couple weeks ago and saw her for first time in about a year and she remembered me right away. She was upbeat, asking questions, and remembered some personalized care methods for me. Fast forward to today and things went very smoothly, she was patient and understanding. I can't recommend her enough. The whole team is great and will do anything to help along the way.

Absolutely great first time experience at Advanced Dental. Julie the hygienist was so awesome she listened to my concerns and asked great question. She is very knowledgeable. Dr. Abbott was very informative and explained everything so well, she was so kind and professional and really made me feel like I’m on my way to a happier healthier mouth. Evelin the receptionist was kind and patient with me and an absolute pleasure to speak with, she has great energy. Rachael is pretty cool too she’s funny, kind and respectful. They are all so wonderful and I look forward to my next appointment. If you are not happy with your current dentist look into Advanced Dental, I’m happy I did. I’ll continue updating my experience along the way. I think I finally found a place that actually cares.
