Dr. Appelbaum has been my family’s dentist for over 15 years. Very professional, excellent work and a lovely, friendly staff. Additionally, If you have a need you can reach her during non-work hours which speaks for itself regarding her care and concern for her patients.

Dr. Norma Jeanne Appelbaum is yet another truly awful DMD, and my experience with her over the phone was enough to convince me never to step foot in her office. From the very first call, she made it blatantly clear that patient concerns are nothing more than an inconvenience to her busy schedule. She greeted my questions and worries with a tone so dismissive and cold, I felt like I was interrupting something far more important than my own health. Attempting to discuss my pain was an exercise in futility. Her indifference to my discomfort was not just unprofessional, it was downright insulting. She made it abundantly clear she couldn't care less about my suffering, brushing off my pain as if it were some trivial annoyance. Her condescending attitude was impossible to ignore, making the entire interaction not just unhelpful, but deeply unpleasant. The lack of empathy and sheer impatience she exhibited over the phone is shocking for anyone in the medical field. It was as if she was racing to hang up rather than taking even a moment to consider my concerns. Every question I asked about potential treatment was met with curt, borderline rude responses that provided no clarity or comfort. She epitomizes unprofessionalism, showing an appalling lack of empathy and basic human decency. Our brief phone interaction was an absolute nightmare. If you value your health and your dignity, I can't stress enough how strongly I advise you to seek dental care elsewhere. Being treated with such disdain over the phone was more than enough to ensure I will never set foot in her practice.

Very professional office and staff. Dr. Applebaum stays on top in her profession with the newest treatments and techniques available for her patients. The staff are friendly and compassionate. I truly can't imagine going anywhere else.

The entire stall is professional, kind and caring. Dr Appelbaum is the best dentist you’ll ever have touch your mouth. I’ve had implants, root canals, pulled teeth and fillings. I do get the gas when I go it helps relax me and the process is almost painless. She is a true PRO in every sense of the word. MUCH LOVE DR. A.
