Absolute Dental - Sunset

I am terrified of the dentist; however the pain I was experiencing beat the scariness. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. I walked into the office and it was clean and empty ? The front desk guy was very helpful and friendly, that helped me to begin to relax. I was seen promptly and the hygienist was very friendly and gentle. He recognized how much pain I was in and took care to not add more to it. The dentist came in examined my tooth and explained the procedure that was about to take place. The dentist was very gentle, to be honest he helped remove the pain and scariness I was experiencing. The procedure was very quick. The entire process took an hour from start to finish. I would recommend people who are scared of the dentist to visit this location.

My experience with Absolute(Sunset) was really good. Wait time was not very long. Dr. Bui was very thorough in my exam & made sure I didn’t have any additional concerns. Aaron was very good and efficient when it came to my X-Rays and made the experience as quick and comfortable as possible. The doctors office overall is very nice and clean and I will definitely be back and making them my regular Dentist Office.

I've been to a lot of dentists, but Absolute Dental is truly one of a kind. As someone who's struggled financially, I've often felt like I was just another number. But here, I felt valued and cared for. The staff, especially Chermaine, were so understanding and compassionate. They worked tirelessly to help me get the care I needed, even when it seemed impossible. Dr. Bui is a fantastic dentist who's not only skilled but also genuinely kind. I've never felt so comfortable and at ease in a dental office before. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients, Absolute Dental is the place to go.

Awesome! Dentist! Awesome staff! Couldn't ask for a better dentist he did a fantastic job on my teeth they're not only are they beautiful now but they're all perfectly straight too so it's like before I could have used braces and now I got all my teeth done and they're great they're perfectly straight and beautiful couldn't ask for a better dentist he did a fantastic job!!

Called twice a week in advance to verify my insurance. Both times they confirm its all done and ready. 8/23/2024 Appointment day I am told they didn't verify my insurance. So they proceed to do it during my visit and make me wait about 30 minutes. So they verify the insurance and they provided the service. 8/30/2024 I received bill to pay for my service. I called back and I was told Its all cover by the insurance and I don't need to pay. 10/04/2024 I receive mail again that i have a pending bill. Bill statement is 9/26/2024. They are once more wasting my time because someone is not doing their job. My insurance is Delta Dental Plus.

Today was my first visit, and if there is such a thing as a pleasurable dentist appointment, this was definitely it!!! The office is very clean. Everyone I encountered in the office was very professional, but also friendly. The dental assistant was very knowledgeable and not only explained in depth what my future visits would entail, but she also welcomed and encouraged any questions I might have. The dentist had a very accommodating manner, which put me at ease. I have 100% confidence in this practice and staff, so I am looking forward to completing my dental journey with Absolute Dental on Sunset Road!!
