Absolute Dental - Rainbow & Charleston

Great staff! Katie, the front office receptionist was so bubbly, all smiles and made a point to carry on a conversation with me while I waited. My dental hygienist was an absolute angel. She made sure to let me know exactly what was happening throughout my procedure. Dr Paik was just as gentle as could be and kept asking me if I was ok. I felt at ease and was able to relax, considering I was nervous when I was first brought back to a room. Thanks to everyone who helped take care of me!! Y’all are awesome!!

Went in for my broken tooth. Had an appointment at 3p, thought I would be late so I called ahead. I actually made it 10 minutes before my appointment and realized they changed my app time to 3:30p. Then I sat there for over an hour waiting to be seen and that was very upsetting. Once called to the back and after x-rays they told me my options are to pay $3200 or extract my tooth because my insurance didn’t cover the services I needed instead my insurance covers extractions. My tooth doesn’t need to be pulled. Total waste of my time. Ended up leaving this place at 5p! What’s the point of insurance?! What’s the point of a dentist if they’re going to be lazy? They didn’t even attempt to do anything to help me. Went to another dentist and they took very good care of me.

When I walk in, there was two receptions at the desk neither one of them greeted me. After I signed in, I was never talk to you until someone called me from the back after waiting almost a whole hour. I am currently using a knee scooter due to some foot surgery I had when I was told to go into the room and sit on the table. The dental assistant had not noticed that the table was so far up. I could not get up onto the table with my non-weight-bearing foot. Ended up, breaking a nail trying to scoot up the tall table. I was there for a loose crown. I had lost the night before. But unfortunately, could not afford to proceed with the procedure Because I had to pay almost $600 out-of-pocket for a new crown which after just having foot surgery and paying for those funds i couldn't go ahead and proceed with this crown, so I am seeking a second opinion. After looking at some finance options, I probably could have went with it, but after being there for almost 2 hours and really nothing being done I was kind of sick of it and just decided to seek another opinion somewhere else. This will probably be the last time I ever go to absolute Dental.

Quick and easy removal of wisdom and Molar. Doctor was quick with the numbing and removal of the teeth.. there was pain but he moved swiftly so it didn’t last long and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service.. never liked going to the dentist, but this clinic is so professional, they make you want to come back to have service with them again.

Dr Mir did a great job on my dental work. He took the time to explain everything with. He answered all of my questions, and is genuinely concerned about him patient. I know he'll be taking care of my needs now, and in the future.

Dr. Mir is the best! He literally takes his time with his patients and explains everything very well. I got teeth extractions and didn't feel absolutely anything while he was working on them. I've had other bad experiences getting my teeth extracted at other clinics. I would absolutely recommend him if you are ever going to get some dental work!
