I love Dr. Kumar and all of the dental staff at the practice. Everyone is so sweet and they all go out of their way to make sure that I’m comfortable. I get pretty anxious and they all so patient. The office staff, however leaves a lot to be desired. I had a root canal and crown scheduled. When I arrived the doctor doing my root canal wasn’t told that we were doing a root canal and that he was double booked. Despite that he was still able to do the procedure and everything went smoothly. After the root canal I was supposed to have my crown done. I was asked if I could come back the next day since all the rooms were full and they were busy - even though my appointment had been scheduled for over a month. I came back the next day and waited an hour and a half to see the doctor. Again the dentist and her staff are amazing but someone needs to get a grip on the scheduling.

The dentist and hygienist are awesome. However the staff is horrible. They lack communication. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, they didnt check me in until 30 minutes later only because I asked them when will I be seen, because I nurse. I had a cleaning, xrays, and exam. The hygienist thought I was late. I told her what happened, she apologized and worked on me right away, done in 20 minutes. The assistant did my xrays without saying a word to me and apparently not to the dentist either. Again 30 minutes go by and I'm thinking they're working on patients. I get up to see whats going on. Its like a ghost town. Staff wasnt doing anything productive. For the second time I had to asked when am I going to be seen? I was there for a little over 2 hours. Never again! I'm looking for a new dentist.

CAUTION: Your safety is in jeopardy the moment you come into this office.I had already left this review, but it is now missing so here another review. Nov5, 2024- I came in with an abscess in my mouth, had it drained. The dentist told me to come back if I was still in pain. Nov6, 2024- I was still in pain so I came back as requested. I had my mother drive me, as I was in tears. We arrived, and I approached the front desk with my jaw in my hand and apologies for not calling before coming in, explaining the doctor told me to come back for pain. They took my last name and we sat down. My mother accidentally sat too close to another patient in the waiting room, as the chairs were connected. This patient starts saying, "common sense would be to move over" and my mother apologized, as the chairs were connected together. This woman continues to tell my 61yo mother about common sense as my mother profusely apologized and even moved to be away from this patient. She continues to tell my mother, that has now moved away from her, that she should've known better to move. After this woman's harassment became vitriolic, I stood up and I told the office I'm leaving. I'm in pain and I don't need to be dealing with this abuse from another patient while the office staff did nothing. My mother and I stand up and go to leave the office, as this happens the patient gets up from her seated position and attacks me outside of the absolute dental door. A person three times my size tackled me onto the ground and my mother and I protected ourselves. I was standing up, leaving the office and this woman stood from her seated position to attack me. Staff rushed outside to help the patient attacking me on the ground and grab my purse and run inside the building locking the door. They had my purse inside for a good while before I received it back. I have no idea what information was seen or taken. As my wallet, phone and car keys were in my purse. I was finally given my purse and then told that I was BANNED from the office. The cops were called and told by staff that my mother and I were the aggressors for being attacked inside and outside of their office. This office has NUMEROUS DAILY problems with their caliber of clients, and to think it is acceptable is disgusting. You are not safe walking into the waiting room of this office. Your safety is not of their concern. Unfortunate that Dr Kumar is at this practice, as she had great bedside manner and really wanted to help me. I hope she finds a better office to run her practice out of.I will be reposting again if it's deleted, again.
