I was able to get an appointment scheduled during the Christmas holidays right away due to tooth pain. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The x-ray technician was also very friendly. I did have to return the next day for my tooth extraction because the dentist was concerned that her schedule would make me have to wait too long, but I was the first patient the following morning, and she was very prompt, gentle and careful about pulling my bad tooth.

I Absolutely Love bringing my son to the Dentist. She is kind, thoughtful, and patient. I would definitely recommend.

The Cheyenne office was able to accommodate and compensate us with a gas card for all the issues we were having just trying to get a tooth extraction appointment done. So they get a 5 star for that. Now Absolute Dental as a whole, doesn't even deserve half a star. Their appointment procedure just does not make any sense and it is a very inconvenient way to make appointments. I had made a few appointments, received paper confirmation of the appointment, then on the day of the appointment, the receptionist claims to not see an appointment schedule. This has happened 4 times and I had to re-schedule each time which cost me a whole year of just waiting as Absolute Dental is one of the worse dental places to go for oral surgery. This most recent appointment, I was schedule to go to the Warm Springs office at 8am for my tooth extractions. We get there, the office doesn't even open till 9am. Then we call the office number, the staff looks at the system and says, the appointment is not showing for that day but they have one that was schedule a week from then. On top of that, the oral surgeon wasn't even scheduled for the Warm Springs office but the office is Cheyenne. At this point I was LIVID as Cheyenne is across another side of town.Thankfully the Cheyenne office was able to accommodate us. Got it finally done, they did a good job but I had to fuss to get it done which I shouldn't have had to in the first place. In all honesty, I would not recommend Absolute Dental as a whole. We've encountered some really rude staff members along the way and appointment procedures that just did not make any sense at all.

It was over booked. Got texts to be there at eleven for my visit. After charging me for a visit I waited almost two hours. People coming in after me were being seen and I was still waiting. Being told the doctor would be in shortly she was still with another patient. I asked for my money back because after almost two hours of waiting I was leaving. They did give me my money back. And then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to rebook. Naturally I did not.
