I wish I could give 0 stars. I just moved to the area so I was looking for a new dentist. This was the worst dentist office I’ve ever been to. As soon as I stepped in to it I wanted to leave. It was SO dirty. I should’ve went with my gut instinct, but I have a broken tooth so I needed to go in for a cleaning and to get that looked at. I thought “maybe it’s not so bad once I get in there” nope. It was even worse. There was literally stuff dripping down the walls, the floor was unswept, it was super dusty and nothing was wiped down. (I clean industrial areas, businesses and schools for a living so I’m very aware of what a professional business should look like and this was not it) the woman came in and started cleaning my teeth. It was AWFUL. She kept getting water ALL over me. It got all over the front of my shirt, all down the back of my head and neck and even on my pants. I’m 36 years old so I’ve been to the dentist at least 4 dozens time and this has never happened to me once. The tools all had a very moldy smell to them as well. Like when you leave clothing in the washing machine too long. That kind of smell. So I suffered through the worse cleaning of my life and when it was over my teeth felt worse than they did before. The doctor came in and he was super nice but I could tell he was rushing me. He didn’t really explain much to me and rushed me out to the front desk. While I was standing there I heard him say he had to leave so he could go out on the water or something along those lines so clearly that’s why he rushed me out. At the front desk the woman told me I owed $150 for the cleaning. My insurance covers cleaning so I knew this wasn’t accurate. I called my husband and while I was on the phone with him to ask about the insurance she told me “oops. Nevermind. It’s free” it felt like they were trying to get me to pay for something that I didn’t need to pay for. Then I needed to make an appointment for a root canal, which I’m still not even sure I needed because nothing was explained to me and she told me I would have to pay 2 grand up front. What?! How could she possibly know that without submitting the info to the insurance company and getting a reply from them, which I know can take weeks? Anyway. I made the appointment because I need my tooth fixed and 2 days ago I received a text message asking me if I wanted to keep the appointment. Not a regular confirmation email that most medical facilities use now a days but the actual receptionist sent me a text instead of calling me. I texted back asking if I had to pay for it up front. She texted back saying “yes. All at once” I texted back “cancel my appointment then” she then texted back “what about a payment plan?” I responded with “what does that look like?” She said “$500 down and $100 a month.” I texted back “just cancel my appointment.” How unprofessional. I have never had a medical office TEXT me like that instead of calling me so that we can figure out a suitable payment plan. I wasn’t about to go back and forth and back and forth via text on a payment plan that suits my needs. If you have a receptionist that is uncomfortable speaking on the phone, then perhaps you should find a new receptionist. 100 percent do not recommend this dentist office. I wish I had read the other reviews previously. 0/5 stars. Edit: I went to another dental office and they told me absolutely nothing was wrong with my tooth and that it’s actually my TMJ muscle. Beware of these scammers!!!!! They tried to get $2000 dollars out of pocket from me for something that didn’t even need to be done!!!

As someone that is no stranger to root canals, and unfortunately can give the queen a run for her money when it comes to collecting crowns, my visits have been nothing but pleasant. Not only is the staff helpful, friendly and efficient, but I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Giuliano. He is a master at his craft and has a wonderful chair side manner. With careful navigation of the novacain, you will be feeling no pain. So ladies, save your fear for stepping on the scale at the doctor's office.

This group took over the practice from my previous dentist, who had been in my insurance network, and they never informed me that they were not in my network—and I asked, so they should have told me they were not yet—so when “necessary” dental work was recommended, which included resurfacing several teeth, I agreed when I was quoted a price in the $700 range. Once the work was completed, however, I was charged $2000 ABOVE the $700 I was quoted and had paid, and still wasn’t informed that the dentist was out of network. I said that $2000 over the quote was excessive and that I did not anticipate that kind of expense, and I was then presented a bill for $1077–much lower, but STILL way over the quote—so I called my insurance company, which was when I finally learned that the dentist was out of network. I called the practice and told them I was furious that they had given me incorrect information, only to be told that they “thought” they had been in-network but were “negotiating” with the insurance co. at the time my work had been done, and that they were NOW in network, but couldn’t retroactively bill me for in-network services (not necessarily true on either front—they still are not in-network, acc’d to the insurance co., and COULD retroactively adjust the price if they were, acc’d to a friend who works for an orthodontist). I also found out that the work was done when it hadn’t been urgent, so they could have postponed it till they were certain the insurance network issue had been settled. Needless to say, I cancelled all future appointments and will not be going back. The work itself was good, but the business practices are shady, and in a somewhat-depressed economic area, they won’t last long charging exorbitant rates, nor will I pay them to make up for what other patients might not be able to pay (and yes, I’m told that sliding fees are real at some practices, so I wouldn’t be surprised if I was profiled and charged more based on where I live and what I drive as compared to other patients). Proceed with caution if you are a patient here. Ask lots of questions—REPEATEDLY—and call your insurance company if something seems amiss.

I like the hygienist use of the waterjet to clean rather than the sole use of instruments. My teeth don't hurt at all after this type of cleaning. I hope this hygeinist stays in the office for a long time.

Great dentist I would recommend to any and everyone. The place is so clean, the staff is so nice and the DR is so kind and gentle. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
