Dr. Yeates and staff are absolutely amazing! She kept my son calm during his procedure and he tried to talk the whole time. I was way more nervous than he was. Would recommend 10/10! Thank you guys for what you do and taking exceptional care of my little one!

I understand dentist office are busy but 7 months to reschedule a follow up is an insane amount of time, especially since the check ups are every 6 months. We will go somewhere else.Update- I called back and was still offered January for an appointment. I was told because my daughter,16, is considered an adult she gets an adult appointment. According to insurance she is still a minor. What's the next excuse? That is to long to wait for a follow up. I called Comfort Dental down the street and got my kids with in a month at a time that works for me.

This dental office is amazing. I have no complaints whatsoever. The dentist is such a wonderful person. Now there is one bad apple in the bunch by the name of Crystal, she answers the phone and she’s very rude, very lazy and gets very disrespectful because she doesn’t understand English well. She really needs to find a different location because she’s making it really hard for this location with her actions. We’ve been going for years and just her actions and actions alone being that we have to go through her to schedule it’s really making me look elsewhere for my children dental needs. But outside of her I would definitely give it a five star. *** I did in fact politely asked for the corporate number to complain about the situation and she placed me on hold for 15 minutes and put one of her friends on and said they couldn’t give me the number I can complain to them. So corporate if you’re able to see this you should have all my information in your system please give my family and I a call to know what’s really going on at this location. Have a great day.
