I used to love this dentist office until I got first glance of Dr. Howard’s attitude. He caught an attitude with me in front of his other patients. Now I see why the office staff turn over rate is so high. Dr Howard is very NASTY! That’s why all the dentist and other staff quit all the time. Nobody works here longer than 3-6 months and it’s clear why! Now I understand I have not shown up for 3 appointments without calling but I didn’t text back and confirm those appointments either. But still don’t have my child sitting and waiting missing school because you want to get back at the mom for no call, no show. Charging me a cancellation fee or just tell me, you no longer want to see my daughter in your office would have been better than how you treated us today. Dr Howard has a nasty attitude and I will never patronize his business again. His office manager Tori has a nasty attitude as well. You would think Tori would try to make things better but no, her attitude was almost just as bad as his. Nobody knows anything, that’s the answer to me asking why my kid is sitting while other kids are being seen. You adults really refused treatment and cleaning on an 8 year old. Then after waiting almost 2 hours, you examined her teeth while she was sitting in a waiting chair and not the dentist chair. How unsanitary is that!! You guys need to get better attitudes if you are going to be a public business. But NEVER AGAIN!

I love love love this dentist! It was our son’s first visit to the dentist and they made him feel so comfortable and open to the experience. The staff is amazing upon entry, even when coming out to check you in. They made us feel great as parents and gave honest and helpful critiques. I look forward to making this our permanent dentistry home.

During this pandemic season they are seriously taking all the precautions to protect their patients. My son is five so I came into the office with him and even though he was a little unsure about everything. Dr. Williams and the entire staff went above and beyond making him feel comfortable… I work in medical and the care that these people have isn’t taught… it comes natural. They truly have great caring people. I would recommend this office to anybody with children.
