I just love the surveys. I love the staff. They’re very great. I actually had to get all of mine my teeth extracted. They did an excellent job. They took good care of me and my dentures are gonna be back real fast so yes, I do strongly recommend it.

Convenient affordable dentistry in Fountain Square! Would highly recommend, I’ve received my 6-month exams and some tooth fillings here. Tooth filling intimidated me but the staff were super kind & patient with me! Only good experiences, staff is nice and attentive. :)

This was probably one of the worst dental experiences that I have ever had. And I have had tooth extractions and extensive orthodontic work. I don't believe the person who cleaned my teeth was a dental hygienist. The entire process took barely 30 minutes, they polished my teeth for about 1 minute, barely scraped, and barely flossed. The person who cleaned my teeth rushed through the process, took no care to ensure I was comfortable, and didn't even offer a tissue at the end so I could wipe my mouth... Left that office with slobber and polish all over my face -_- To me the biggest issues to that the dentist examined my teeth and determined that I have 4-5 cavities... I have never had a cavity in adulthood and not a single dentist visit I have had in the last 5 years has indicated that I have cavities or the potential that they are forming. My last dentist even used a laser tool to identify decay and they never reported any concerning signs after checking my teeth with it. After providing zero explanation about the cavities, they asked if I wanted to fill them right then and there. Nope, no thanks! I also indicated that I had a broken permanent retainer that needed addressed, I have glue still on the back of my lower teeth and would like to have them removed. The dentist didn't even give me a referral for how/where to have that removed. I chose this dentist because their website lists braces, dental implants, etc. as a service. At the very least I expected them to help me schedule another appointment to have the glue removed by one of their providers who does orthodontics. They did not even address it after asking what my concerns were at the start of the appointment.

So I go in to get my dentures repaired apparently they need an xray however I have no teeth but ok sure so I come in to get my X-rays the Hispanic tech who speaks no English which is fine because I’m Hispanic so I speak Spanish says I need to take my jewelry off ok but 3 of my bracelets dont come off she said in English I can help you but I say I don’t think I should let you because they never come off and have been on my wrist for decades then she says no I can help you Next thing she breaks it all I get is a sorry she leaves the room next tech comes in to inform me well she don’t speak English ok so I start speaking in Spanish now everybody is confused. I have no teeth in my mouth because I did come to get my dentures repaired apparently however I’m leaving with broken jewelry and nobody is talking about that repair I’m sitting I this office in tears my feelings are extremely hurt and I just get u can pick up your teeth in a few days. They took the xray with my nose ring in my lip ring in my tounge Ring in but my bracelet was in the way not my bracelet that my grandmother gave me over 30 yrs ago is broken but no one is going to fix it the doctor ignored it as well as the tech just a sorry that’s it sorry doesn’t fix this and as a business owner I would have taken complete responsibility for my techs actions I would have informed my client to take it in and get repairs bring me the invoice and I would have paid for it and make the tech reimburse Said payment..:.. I’m in tears they didn’t even offer me a tissue to wipe my eyes …. But I should get a call back to come pick up my teeth … Thank you so much westend dental on prospect
