Dr. Steutzer is absolutely amazing! She is kind and her work is impeccable. Her staff is just wonderful as well. I have had a huge amount of dental work done over the years and have nothing but high praise for this entire group of professionals!

Dr. Stuetzer and her team are wonderful. We bring our toddler to her and they make sure he is comfortable and understands what is going on. They have made our experience with him at the dentist so smooth!

I am writing this review because I don't want anyone experiencing this unacceptable behavior from this dentistry in the future. They treat patients to the extent that the insurance company will pay the maximum coverage without adequately informing patients of the amount they will be responsible for paying. My son went there because one of his cavity fillings came off. They ended up treating approximately additional 6 decay areas. Although they may believe it was necessary to treat 6 other cavity/decay areas, they should have at least provided more clear and approximate patient payment estimates. I was told by my son that the front receptionist lady told him multiple times that "he had excellent insurance coverage and even said that the payment that patient would be paying will be zero." Also, she didn't talk nor mention about the deductibles and kept referring to her computer screen showing up as a zero-dollar payment at the time. However, when I called her this morning, her statement about the zero payment quickly changed to her explaining there were deductibles, and my excellent insurance coverage covered almost the full amount. Lastly, she stated multiple times that she didn't see anything wrong with this scenario and told me to talk to my insurance company for this matter. What they actually did was they used the $1,500 maximum yearly coverage for just two visits in December and billed me more than $200 that cannot be covered by insurance due to the maximum being used. I doubt all of the treatments they offered were a must where the situation was urgent as he has been doing the regular checkups every year and had no cavity found. I'd rather believe that some of the treatment could have been done in January when the maximum coverage amounts resumes. Again, I don't recommend this place and find some other dentistry in your area. And please tell your college children not to go here.

I have never had such a pleasant dental experience! Debbie, at the front, was amazingly helpful. Dr. Stuetzer and her team were so patient and kind. Happy to have found a dentist I trust!

I am an older gentleman and have had a number of Dentists over the years. Dr. Stuetzer (The best dentist I have ever had) and her staff are amazing. I couldn’t be happier about the work they performed on my teeth. Working with her staff is so enjoyable that I actually look forward to going to the dentist.
