First time here and loved it. From the front desk staff to the doctors, they’re all very nice and friendly. Hygienist was very friendly as well; she listened to my concerns, took her time and made sure my teeth were very clean. They DO listen and they DO care.

Dr. Mansour and staff have proven to my husband and I that they are very professional, caring and competent. On my first visit to Livonia Laser Dentistry, Dr. Mansour was able to find the molar tooth that was bothering me, which already had a crown on it, and she could immediately tell by an x-ray that there was an infection under it. During those 10 to 15 brief minutes that I saw her, she was able to tell me that it would be a 50/50 chance of me being able to save my tooth. Well..... after a visit to an endodontist that tried conservative treatment to then a oral surgeon who also tried conservative treatment, the tooth was deemed untreatable. Anyway, I explain all of this just to show that she knew this by seeing me for only a few minutes and it was on my very first visit. I have been impressed with her, as well as the office staff, including their office manager and their dental hygienist. We felt very comfortable with their skills and expertise.

My experience with this dentist has been good and not so good. Mostly the negative. I received a new set of partials that I wz so happy about. Now, I never wear them, they are uncomfortable and I cannot eat with them as they promised. I feel like it all was a waste of money and my time. Not to mention the pain. I am currently thinking through how to proceed with my next step.

The dental assistant was very caring and knowledgeable and patient with my two year old . It didn't take too long and the teeth cleaning was done. The doctor was just as caring and patient. Thank you for making my child feel comfortable .
