I had a great experience at Inspired Family Dental in Grosse Pointe! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I appreciated the convenience of filling out paperwork online beforehand. The text reminders and follow-up call were also a nice touch. During my first visit, the dentist took the time to gather all the necessary information and really listened to my goals for my dental care. She made me feel comfortable, supported, and never pressured me into any treatments—just provided guidance and options. The entire experience was thorough and thoughtful. I highly recommend Inspire Family Dental to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional dental office!

After my dentist retired I was dreading finding a new office. Dr.Schotthoefer was recommended by my oral surgeon. When leaving our appointment today, I asked my daughter what she thought. Her response, ‘I really liked them, we should go here from now on’. I couldn’t agree more. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am confident we made a great choice with this office.

I am normally very nervous about going to the dentist. But after my first visit at Inspired Family Dental I left feeling excited about the plan the Dr has to improve my smile. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable during my visit.

Dr. Schotthoefer and her clinicians took wonderful care of me today. They professionally addressed my concerns and gently worked on my teeth. I am grateful for their warm and friendly environment. My children like it here, too!

DO NOT GO HERE!! All they are interested is taking your money. I went there for a crown, I had to come back three different times and they still couldn't get the crown to fit. The short chubby girl at the desk is so rude and it has to be her first experience in customer service. I was never told how much my crown would be, when I got there the chubby girl immediately asked me for $600, which I was never told to bring that, I brought $300 and they said I can pay the other $300 after the crown was put it. After paying $300, I came back for the 4th try to put in my crown and they told me that it would now be $537! Each time I go for service, it turns out to be a couple hundred dollars more. I had a bib on and they removed my temporary crown and while it was out, the office girl told me that I would have to go home and come back with $57 more dollars before they cement the crown. I got up and left. They did not give me my refund back, I will be reporting this to the state of Michigan. Please do not go there if you value your time or your money. This has taken over a month and a half for them to take off half of my tooth, say they were going to put a crown, all they did was take my $300 for half my crown and wasted about 5 hours of my time.
