I was extremely impressed with Dr. Heffes and his dental assistant Dominique. Dr. Heffes, upon examining my teeth, provided an immediate treatment plan. He explained everything in detail outlining what my expectations should be moving forward. Dominique kept me in good spirits keeping me laughing throughout the whole visit. I felt like I was hanging with a friend who was there to support me. While I feel there is a journey ahead of me I know I have the right people guiding me through. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Heffes and Dominique

Hadn't been to a dentist in a while but everyone was so kind and efficient. The doctor is concerned about your pain and comfort at all times which I appreciate. They're great at explaining things and making sure your expectations are set appropriately.

Everyone was nice a very pleasant experience. They move fast and efficiently. My visit moved swiftly and professional. Answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable.A welcoming environment, I will recommend them to friends.

They seem to have forgotten to enter my secondary insurance. They seemed to be on automatic. The hygienist was good. The doctor rattled off the gum readings exceedingly fast and they were a lot different from a few months ago at the dental school. I am not sure what the difference was with the deep clean vs. regular other than using water vs scraping. They didn't have time to do it at location 1 so I had to go to another location but luckily it was the same day. I went the wrong way and they canceled my appointment after 15 minutes but did end up taking me. They did not show me my Xrays. The staff were all very nice.

Dominique Taylor was great explained everything. Dr. Hedges was very gentle with me and explained everything that needed to be done. The office in a whole treated me with respect and courtesy.
