Today I had a consultation with a periodontist Dr. Micaletti. He was the most professional, knowledgeable and patient. He explained the entire procedure I will be going through in detail. I trust him fully and know I will be taken care of. After that Daniela had the entire summary of my care already verified with my insurance. I mean I didn’t wait at all. She found the best options for me and recommended the best timeline that would be beneficial for me. I had the same experience with an orthodontist Dr. Allen last year when he gave a caring advice about the best care for my son and I. I felt like Dr. Allen treats his patients as if they were family members, in our best interest. People first, not money. Every six months Catherine Zych does the best cleaning for me, that I have ever had done. She is so thorough, gentle and proactive. I appreciate because I have a point of comparison from my past experience in other places. She truly provides the best care I have ever had in my life. I am very thankful to have found Grand Dental.
