I saw Dr. Zarinnia yesterday for the first time . From the moment I walked in I liked his office. The front desk were very professional and quick. Doctor himself was very nice , knowledgeable and friendly. And I loved Debra his hygienist. She was the best hygienist I have ever seen. My teeth were so happy after seeing her 🥰 I finally found a dentist office that I love . Thank you Dr Matt Zarinnia and all the staff.

Really great experience with everyone here!! Kind, professional, gentle and they take my insurance!@!!! I say go - fear or no fear they will make ya feel right at home for sure and the receptionist rocks too!!!!

This dentist it so bad, he did very bad nasty job, I get very hard infection in my mouth he broke my tooth never again I go over there they only take the money from the insurance

I went to see Dr. Zarinnia who was referred by my Doctor for a mouth guard. Dr. Zarinnia was great, got the mouth guard done and made adjustments as needed. Their front office is terrible though. They don’t accept insurance, so they make you pay upfront and then they submit the claim to the insurance company. I was told it would take a few weeks to get the response from the insurance company on the reimbursement. It has been almost 4 months since I made the payment to the dental office, and over 2 months since I got the mouth guard. I have been following up with their office to get the status of the claim, and every time they tell me they will follow up with the insurance company and let me know. I have been following up every week for the past month and not only they have not provided any updates or even a claim number so I can follow up with their insurance company, but now they seem to be screening my calls (they are just not picking up the phone). This mouth guard was several thousand dollars, so it is a significant amount. The lack of service and response on this is totally unacceptable. I should have looked for another option.
