Zegeer Dental

I personally am not a patient but my family has seen Dr. Devin and Dr. Zeeger. They are amazing, however, be aware of the office manager, Megan. I have been argued with and accused of my family members not having the insurance I provided. I have two insurance policies with dental coverage and I had to fax a copy of my primary insurance card and our dental coverage just to prove my family indeed does have coverage. Also, she argues that my secondary insurance is my primary ( it's only like this per Megan but not at MY dentist office). She stated my insurance mailed me a check that I cashed that was owed to them. I called my insurance and guess what, they did mail a check but they see it was never cashed and are reissuing it. I do not appreciate being accused. There are ways of communicating and this woman should not work with the public. She does her own billing her own little way that is not correct. Again, great dentists but beware and stay on top of the billing. If you only have 1 insurance, you may be good to go.

I recently had a tooth filling done at this dental office and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I have had multiple tooth filling implants in the past without any issues, but this time was different. After getting the filling, I experienced a significant amount of discomfort, pain, and even developed a lump under my jaw. Three days later, the pain was unbearable and I had to go back to the dentist. She mentioned that she had made the filling too high, causing severe issues with my bite and resulting in continued pain weeks later. Additionally, I also developed a large lump under my jaw, the cause of which remains unknown. Despite taking antibiotic medication, the pain persists. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone based on my experience. The lack of attention to detail and the resulting discomfort and complications make it a place I will not be returning to.

I have only been twice. So far this is the best dentist office I have ever been to for myself. I am 59 years old , so I have seen many over the years.

Everyone in this office is so amazing and kind. They definitely know how to make you feel comfortable. They are amazing with my kids as well. I no longer have dental anxiety coming here. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I used to be terrified of the dentists office until I started coming here. They genuinely care about you and your comfort. The staff are super nice and fun, if I could give this place a higher rating o truly would.

One thing that means the world to me - is being told I have a contagious smile :) I’ve greatly preserved and protected my smile by being a patient at Zegeer Dental! I have been a patient with Dr. Zegeer’s Dental Office for I believe about 6 years now. The facility is beautiful and so clean! The staff is fantastic- everyone there is very kind and caring. Dr. Zegeer does exceptional work and so do his employees. He has helped me on countless occasions. Dr. Devon is my main practitioner & I’m beyond grateful and blessed to have her! She is outstanding and does everything in her power to keep her patients healthy and happy. The company does great with pricing, treatment plans, and dealing with insurance in general. They’re superb when it comes to working with their patients on what is top necessity and how that can be managed on the insurance/ budget available for your needs.I wish I could give them 10 stars, they deserve everyone of them!
