Hi, my name is Maurice, I have the pleasure of visiting Dr. E.'s dental office for about 2 years, and I must say, every visit has been exceptional from start to finish. Staff are friendly and professional from the first contact to the last. Norma was warm when making first contact though I had emailed on a Friday long after the office was closed. I expected a reply on Monday by email. Norma called me, offering a timely appointment within a few days. The office was spotless. The focus felt like it was in the patient not the insurance was us refreshing. Overall, it was a very positive experience even though I tend to be very anxious when I go to the dentist. Your OC Dentist has great people. Dr. E goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the services provided. He and his staff are friendly and I enjoy going for my visits. Took me 13 years to go back to a dentist. They are communicative of your treatment, work with payment plans and everyone goes beyond. You can tell this office is a great place to work and it bleeds into how they treat their patients. I’ve gotten so much work done that I started referring family because I know they’ll be taken care of.
