I have never felt so comfortable at a Dental appointment, until today! From beginning to end, from the ease of filling out the new forms via text message made everything so easy! Then the New Patient Video of what to expect that was texted to me, was so so helpful! I knew exactly what to expect, I knew to dress warm and I knew it wasn’t going to be a quick visit because they actually care about their patients! Morgan was my Hygienist and she was absolutely amazing, she had me so comfortable and was so knowledgeable and very forthcoming with everything. Then I got to meet Dr. Walter and she was also absolutely wonderful, it’s no wonder she has such an amazing staff! Then I got to meet Kimberly in Billing and she was also so pleasant and helpful and then Mr Jared was also so friendly and helpful! I just loved it here, from beginning to end!! Highly recommend 🔥🤗

What a wonderful dentist office. Dr. Kevin Klenke was thoughtful and took his time to explain all the options I had available for my dental health. He even went as far to postpone treatment to confer with his fellow dentist to give me the most cost effective beneficial treatment available. Morgan the dental hygienist was an absolute delight. She was polite, gentle and has the best chair side manor I have ever experienced. What a wonderful group of consummate professionals. I have been going to this practice for almost 2 years. The doctor that has been working with me has been extremely helpful and friendly. I make it a habit to know what services I receive and what kind of benefits that are associated with the services through insurance. Yesterday, I received a bill in the mail (first time) saying that I owe almost $2,000. (The bill has no information of any kind explaining where this amount is coming from) So, naturally I was concerned and called the dentist office immediately. This is the first time I am seeing or hearing this amount billed to me. I spoke to a newly hired office employee that explained to me that I had been carrying a balance for almost 2 years for services that were rendered. Everytime I get any kind of treatment or service, I make it a habit to PAY IN FULL the amount that is owed the date services are rendered. If not, then I set up a PAYMENT PLAN to cover any remaining amount the date services are rendered. The young lady on the phone explained to me EOB’s that are covered through insurance and the remaining amounts are billed to the clients. My questions were why am I just now receiving a bill? Why are you threatening to send me to collections in 10 days if the bill is not paid in full? Why did I not receive a statement, phone call, or bill prior? Why would I continue to get services/ treatment at an establishment if I have an open balance? Why doesn’t the bill show detailed information about what was billed for and why? The billing system that created this document hasn’t been updated since 2022 showing the lack of monitoring the billing system has. (Shown at the bottom of the bill) Keep in mind, I received this bill (for the first time) 12/23/24. Two days before Christmas. Judging by the past reviews of disgruntled prior existing patients, it seems that I am not the only one who has had issues with the billing department and the LACK OF TRANSPARENCY through billing. I would never agree to pay for services, NOT knowing the full amount that is due at the time of services. This type of business practice appears to be shady and not forthcoming. This kind of business practice literally leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Visiting Wurzbach Parkway Family Dental is always an incredibly positive experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The practice is clean and well-maintained and exudes a welcoming environment. I experienced very thorough care with every visit; my concerns were addressed with confidence and a listening ear. I highly recommend Wurzbach Parkway Family Dental practice to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality medical care.

Please avoid this place if you are looking for dental services. Their practices to make money from the patient is absurd. Charging patients for supposedly no call, no show when you know you cancelled but somehow the front desk doesn’t have any record or notes on the matter. End of year comes around and you will get a nice statement of a NEW BALANCE… $$$. Trying to get a new filling or crown.. ridiculous prices $$$. And last but not least, I had worked done here that resulted in a severe infection.. all the dentist can say, “ it looks like your tooth is been talking to you at night”. Here is a referral for an orthodontist… oh thanks for your help, thanks for nothing!
