I took my daughter here for her first dentist appointment today and Dr.Wu, as well as her dental assistant, were amazing. They made sure my daughter was comfortable, even singing to her. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! And the anxiety of my daughter being in fear went away as soon as i walked in and was greeted with such great people

I went to the office for a extraction after the pain got only worse I called 24 hour's after the receptionist was so rude all I wanted was help she pulled both teeth while I was wide awake worse experience ever then left with a massive infection the ended me in Urgent Care Today!! I would have given zero stars but wouldn't let me post it. Since this review, I had to have a bone graph done because she left me disfigured. In the pictures was all the damage that was done by this so-called DDS. Do yourself a favor and find another DDS. In each picture, you can see the disfigurement on my front tooth the mouth sore she left and never mind the pain from the massive infection she left...

This office always seem to amaze me. As an experienced dental assistant, I trust this office with my first child. I always believed my daughter to have the worst behavior with all doctor appointments, but every visit she had with this office it always ended as a positive experience for BOTH OF US. I thought my daughter wouldn’t even cooperate to sit still for today’s visit, but to take an x-ray without our help! I’m very happy. Thank you so much to the assistants and doctors who always made my daughter’s experience a positive one! We look forward to continuing our patient/doctor relationship with you! ?

Very Unpleasant Receptionist…The lack of unprofessionalism and the rudeness from front desk takes away from having a good experience for my child with the dentist… If a patient’s first interaction with your practice is cold or impersonal, it will set the tone for the rest of the appointment. Whether in person or on the phone, the tone of a staff member’s words can have a far more lasting impression than the words themselves. This office needs to either replace the girls or retrain.I know its sad to say some of the staff may need to be taught manners all over again. I don’t think they truly understand where they work at or it’s just a job for them and they just need a paycheck. It’s hard on some of the parents bringing there child to the dentist. The child may already be uneasy and nervous as well as the parents. The last thing anyone wants to deal with is a miserable rude receptionist.

Dr Amanda was the best in every she did. I loved the way she explained the tools that she was using in such away that my 6year old understood and was happy. I cried because I was so happy with every that Dr. Amanda did because it showed the love that Dr. Amanda had in her heart. Her gentle approach was priceless. Her team was also great and I will definitely bring my baby back??????????
