This is place is GREAT! Friendly and informative staff who really care about your smile! It's wonderful! If you have a dentist office that kinda sucks then switch to these guys! Because you know what, I was just starting to have pains in my teeth and they called me! I didn't even have to call them first! How wonderful is that? They really contacted me just in time because the tooth i have with the root exposed was just starting to die and now I have a chance to save all my teeth because these people REALLY CARE!

The team is nice and welcoming. Allison was gentle but also shared when she would need to use additional strength. I don’t have dental coverage but paying out of pocket was fairly priced especially if you live in Worcester as a business owner/ self-employed.

Somewhat long wait times to be treated, but awesome job! Very empathetic, kind and apologetic. Numbed me while cleaning - no pain. Very nice people, good dentist. Definitely would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be coming long term. Thank you Union Dental for a great job!!! A+++

I recently had an excellent experience at the clinic and would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the assistant, Krystal. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Her dedication and professionalism truly make a difference. Additionally, the receptionist Thamires also deserves special mention. She was kind and welcoming throughout my visit, always smiling and ready to help. It’s wonderful to find a team so committed to patient care. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone and give 5 stars to Krystal and Thamires
