My grandson was nervous to be there but he loved the assistant that took care of him , and the doctor. We look forward to a long relationship with you all . Thank you for being so great with the children and your professionalism eased my worries..

You guys call to cancel on me after months of waiting because I had questions on filling out forms for our children on the forced online pre registration forms??. You ask small kids signatures and I'm sorry I didn't know my child's social security off hand. And this is after I upload my personal driver's license and other documents just for a free consultation?? Would likely have spent thousands if you didn't push us away... Sad way to do business with family..

Lisette the orthodontist assistant was absolutely amazing with my daughter. She was patient, caring and made her feel comfortable. It’s come to be rare to find someone as welcoming as her and not to mention she was quick and very professional throughout the whole appointment process.

Was referred to this office by my dentist after falling on the stairs which pushed my front tooth back. Staff was very professional from the initial call for the appointment all the way through having to get braces to correct it. Procedure was fast effective starting to correct my bite with in the first couple days. Manager Trish walked me through the process, put my braces on and even was calling the next day to check up to make sure everything was ok. Would recommend this office to everyone I know.

This office will discontinue service if you miss an appointment but CALL YOU to reschedule often and give you an appointment months later to better fit their schedule or accommodate for another client. ?? what a joke right. It’s ok, thank God there are other orthodontics out there that cover my daughter’s insurance and cost less for cosmetic braces. The owner/boss has a nasty attitude too but the techs are always sweet and polite. When I told my daughter they will be removing her braces and we will be taking our business else where she said “good they are not kid friendly anyway” she is only 10, even our children know best.
