I have been going to this dentist office for over two years now and the thousands of dollars i have spent i think I've lost count the amount of money and yet on a Friday at 10:45 in the morning I call to ask if I can get an emergency visit because a crown that cost me around 1300 dollars not counting the 1100 for the route conal. I tell them I am on a job site at work and would leave right away and told them that I would be there within an hour no later. And for them to not even care or at least extend the same commitment I gave them. Well not only has this dentist showed how much he cares about his patience but now he has just been replaced. It's starting to become apparent that the majority of these dentists are all about the money, rip off artists, just plain scumbags. God forbid we do what's right by people. Barely a year later and all this money spent. I think this calls for legal action. I am sick and tired of constantly Being taken advantage of by these so called dentist.

Where do I begin! This dentistry changed my life , no one knows what a smile can do and the impact it has on your day to day routine, I got my teeth fixed here and may I say it has changed my life indeed . I feel like I owe this place so much for what they have done for me. Alexis and the front staff have also been wonderful. Dr.V is the best and I hope he knows that. They took great care of my cleaning also, the fillings did not take too long, and the dentist was professional and efficient.

You will get ripped off financially at this office with unethical practices. I insisted on knowing my payment before my first 2 appts. Was told np and they’d discuss payment with my dental insurance and let me know beforehand. They did, my first appt would cost me $86.20 (the highest co-pay I ever had for a teeth cleaning). I paid by check at the desk, assured again that would be my total cost. My second appt had a pre-rate of $248.20, again paid by check at front desk and assured that was my entire cost. While pricy for someone on social security, I liked the dentist. Today I received a bill from this office for Over $800!! I was told there was no way I would not be paying this and the best they could do was set up a payment installment plan!! I was also told that it would not be possible to speak to the owner or dentist about this. The dentist does a chat wherein he says “I even give out my personal cell to a patient” and I regret not asking for it. I could not have been more explicit, direct and responsible about my financial concerns and need to know complete and total cost prior to any and all treatments. They told me my insurer paid “a little bit less than they expected” after assuring me repeatedly that I was absolutely being told my exact co-pays. This is deceptive and fraudulent. I thought It was rude and unprofessional that the staff canceled my appointment due to me “ not confirming the appt. If I made the appointment and I didn’t call to cancel I don’t understand why they felt they needed to cancel my appointment that I left work early to attend. I then called to speak to staff member who gave me a nasty tone because I didn’t quite understand their policy. I never received any email or voicemail but they mentioned they tried texting me Like spam is not at an all time high! Ridiculous
