finally found a wonderful dentist and its right in the neighborhood. I forgot the hygienists name but she did such a great job cleaning every single tooth. Dr. Goldens staff are very friendly and welcoming as well. I love how they double check to see if any thing you need is fully covered by insurance so there's no confusion on the price. everything was explained to me very clearly and Dr.G was very welcoming and helpful. will be coming again!

They overcharge you for any service they preform on you EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE INS COVERAGE THEY SAY THEY ACCEPT I went because I was having pains in my gums along with that my teeth became sensitive, I felt a little concerned and made an appointment. That happened to be my biggest mistake. First off they refused to do a cleaning only because they wanted to extract a tooth telling me that it was needed to be done and that I would have to pay $300 dollars out of pocket and everything else that came with it had a price They charged my husband 720 for a root canal and on top of that made us pay everything upfront knowing they need him to come back another day for a crown I'm glad I'm not longer with this office I will be reporting charges that were falsely made for services that was INCOMPLETE !

I just had my first exam and cleaning with Williamsbridge Dental. Tracy did my cleaning. She was very knowledgeable, had such great bedside manner, wasn't too rough, thorough cleaning each tooth/crevice, gave great recommendations with no pressure feeling and most important she did one of the best cleanings I have ever received! Dr. G was also great and warm compared to most dentist I have seen. All of the staff were sweet, easy to talk to and had superb customer servicing! I don't have insurance but they were extremely helpful and we chose a plan that worked well for me. I've already recommended them as I was stepping out of the office LOL! My boyfriend will be setting up his next appointment! I cannot wait to come back. :)

They call you the day of & try to reschedule appointments then act like you're inconveniencing them. Today was the 3rd & final time the called me last minute to reschedule an appointment I had for a month. They don't respect people's time

During the year of 2014, I had some dental procedures conducted by Dr. Golden. At that time I have my employer's insurance paying for it. I was very satisfied with the final result. In 2023-24, I needed to have other dental procedures as well. Amber, with whom I resumed to talk to just for a routine cleaning and exam, was very professional. She guided me through payments out of packet because my new insurance was out of their network. Rosset, in charge of billing provided me with an excellent payment plan that worked perfectly with the timing of the lab work I needed to reach my objective. To the entire staff of Jeffrey L. Golden: I want sincerely express my appreciation for their dedication and hard work during the most recent dental procedure I had conducted by Dr. Golden. Thank you for making my smile shine brighter!
