left my brother with 12 cavities and didn’t say anything just because they weren’t making money anymore from my insurance because it’s paid all at once. Also made jokes about the next time I was coming back because I moved for a little. Very unprofessional and the fact nobody has replied to me is not ok. This is malpractice.

UPDATE! We have been coming to Dr Gordon for a little over a year now and I just want to say how great of an experience it has been. My son will be getting his braces off soon and he is super excited! We look forward to coming here for general dentistry with Dr. Paquin as well. Dr. Gordon and all the girls in the office are great. I saw him for my teeth when I was a kid and now both my boys see him for theirs. Everyone always takes the time to answer all my questions. They are super patient with my younger son, who is very chatty and has lots of questions.

Dr. Gordon’s team is absolutely amazing! We had a bad experience at the other orthodontist on Nooseneck hill rd in Coventry. So we switched to Dr. Gordon’s office. They made my daughter feel comfortable from the very start after being afraid of Orthodontist’s because of the previous office. The Asst Jess was extremely kind and understanding and helped us with everything she could from the beginning. The Orthodontist doctor that was available at this time was Dr. Neely ( not sure of spelling ). She was very nice and gave me a lot of information on what was going on and the treatment that was needed. I highly recommend this office to everyone!

I am so happy to have my 2 daughters as their patients. I have had a great experience since our first consultation. My daughter got her braces done today by Shaina. She did an excellent job. The entire staff here is very friendly and informative I highly recommend going here.

Dr. Gordon and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are all so nice and very professional. My son just got braces and he is doing fantastic with them! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Gordon Orthodontics!!

This was our first visit. My daughter doesn't like dr. Appointments at all, I have to say the staff in his office made it very easy for us. We had two staff members which may the xrays go fast and less stressful for my daughter. I am very happy with our visit and happy my cousin told us about Dr. Gordon. My daughter got her braces today 9/10. She did awesome because of the wonderful staff. They are great with nervous/scared little ones. It was a great experience. Thank you.
