I just had 3 fillings and a crown done at this place in less then a year. You can't even tell I had work done. I had Dr.Schmidt (i call him the tongue wrangler) he is so good at making sure my tongue stays out of the way during his dental work. I also had Stacy and Andrea assisting during my crown. All are very professional and communicated well through the entire process. Went over cost, what to expect, made sure I was happy before I left. I have had 3 dentists office in Springfield and this is by far my favorite. Highly recommend this place.

From the receptionist to my hygienist to the owner, Dr. Wilkinson, this place is a first class top-notch A1 facility! The staff is not only extremely courteous, but very knowledgeable as to the care of their patients. I have never had an experience with a dental facility in such a positive manner as Wilkinsons dental. I would recommend this facility and will recommend this facility to everyone. I would like to Give recognition to their lead dental hygienist Cindy, for her kind and caring mannerism that is nothing short of professional. She will be the only one that gives me shots in my mouth for life. She’s the best! She made my procedure, painless and easy. I honestly look forward to coming Back to a dentist office for the first time in my life. You can’t go wrong with this company and you won’t be sorry.

This is the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Wilkinson Dental goes above and beyond to make their patients feel at ease and informed about their dental care. Every single staff member that I spoke to was so nice and genuinely seemed like they loved working there and loved their patients. I had a lot of anxiety coming into my appointment due to a rough experience at a different dental office in the past. My dental hygienist was Leah and she immediately made me feel at ease and she was absolutely the sweetest dental hygienist I have ever had. Dr. Schmidt was awesome and he took the time to explain things to me and make sure I understood my treatment plan. I highly recommend this dental office and will be sending all of my family and friends here!

Today was my first visit to Wilkinson dental. It was a very good experience. I was greeted with many smiles and friendly staff. Cynthia was very good at cleaning my teeth. She got my teeth feeling smooth and clean. And Dr Schmidt introduced himself, and was great at explaining what was seen and what was needed for me to keep my teeth in the best condition. Even the secretaries doing the check out were helpful and kind. The dentist is not an ideal way to start anyones day, but today everyone made it a great experience.

I had a wonderful and positive experience at Wilkinson Dental. Every staff member I met from the receptionist, cashiers, Leah, Stacy and Dr. Wilkinson have been fantastic. Stacy has been exceptional thru my denture process. I'm happy with the services, the quality, the prices, the cleanliness and being comfortable throughout everything. I would highly recommend this office.

I’m so grateful to this team and all that they do. I had to get a crown and some fillings. They did the work in the same appointment and made it completely comfortable. Left with the permanent crown same day! Dr. Schmidt and Ried were amazing! Constantly checking on me and making me laugh. I have had cleanings by the hygienists and each are gentle, but thorough. Everyone clearly cares and WANT to provide exceptional care. Thanks again, Wilkinson team!
