Wonderful company. As a customer, what I experienced was an extremely high level of customer service (thank you, Marissa & co.), follow-up, efficiency, professionalism, transparency, and comfort. This was a night and day scenario between what I experienced with the previous dentist I visited. Thank you very much for accepting me as a new patient. I'm very grateful.

Every doctor has to have good people around them to make a practice run well, and Dr. Hart has great people. Marissa at the front desk takes care of the nuts and bolts of scheduling and forms, and no doubt much else, and has that down-to-earth, get-it-done vibe you want for the person handling your patients on the front end. The hygienist I had today, Jamie (I am not sure of spelling), is excellent not only because she's technically good, but because she has people skills *dialed*. She seamlessly slides from tooth talk to chairside chat, and balances nicely between professionalism that seems to stem from a real love of her work and knowledge of her business, and a casual "we're just hanging out" vibe. Dr. Hart is super low key and matter of fact. He doesn't rush; he treats his hygienists like they know what they're doing (which they do, but this hasn't been my experience of dentists in the past - and I've been to a lot of dentists); he listens to them, to you, and to what he's seeing; and makes considered decisions. He's informative and no-nonsense, and my take is that he's there to do whatever you want to get done. No more, no less. I also really appreciate the fact that Dr. Hart and Jamie explained what was going on. I mean, dental work happens in your head, so it's nice to know what they're up to in there. I've been looking for a dental practice to call home and I'm pretty sure this is it. Dental hygiene is important, people! Get in to see these folks and floss regularly! ;) Also, if you're looking to adopt a puppy, Jamie can hook you up.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting wildwood Dental in St. John’s, and I must say, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Quick, friendly and efficient! One of the most impressive aspects of my visit was the use of advanced dental technology. The clinic is equipped with the latest tools, which not only made the procedure more efficient but also much more comfortable. From digital X-rays to 3D imaging, every tool seemed designed to enhance precision and reduce any discomfort. The technology allowed the dentist to show me a detailed view of my dental health, making it easier to understand the treatment plan. I was mainly impressed by their ceiling tv! Who knew one day I would be getting dental treatment done while watching a cooking show? The distraction helped my anxiety, big props for that detail! The staff at Wildwood Dental were exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and the entire team made me feel at ease. The dental hygienist was thorough yet gentle, taking the time to explain every step of the cleaning process. The dentist was not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive, answering all my questions and providing personalized recommendations for ongoing care. Their professionalism, combined with a genuine sense of care, made the entire experience feel less clinical and more personal. In addition to the advanced technology and expert staff, the clinic itself was spotless and inviting. The comfortable waiting area, combined with the efficiency of the staff, meant there was hardly any wait time, and I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Overall, Wildwood Dental combines cutting-edge technology with top-notch patient care, making it an easy recommendation for anyone seeking high-quality dental services. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for my future dental needs/treatment.

I didn't quite catch the front office people's names however both of them helped out a made sure I understood everything and helped set future appointments that fit both of our scheduled to align perfectly. The dental assistant Tina deserves an award you couldnt ask for a better assistant! Tina was clearly very experienced hardworking and friendly! time flew by like if I was having a good time with friends even though I was at the dentist. Tina alone is a reason to come here especially if you're nervous to go to the dentist! The doctor I met with Ross Hart. Dr Hart was professional straight to the point and was very efficient! I didn't have much time to converse with Mr Hart however he seemed very kind as well. Great office! ?

I'm a new patient, and haven't been to a dentist in about 3 years. I was way overdue for a cleaning, and saw Wildwood have great reviews. I'm so glad I came here! My dental assistant/technician was so thoughtful and kind, and really gave me a lot of good tools and information to prevent the issues that I personally deal with. She was careful and did regular check ins, and walked me through everything she was doing. Scheduling was super easy, and the entire staff was so friendly and patient. I highly recommend!
