Whyte Ridge Dental Centre

Unfortunately my most recent experience here was not it. I always loved coming here everyone is awesome and my whole family comes here. This experience unfortunately I had an emergency that I could not get out of and it was last minute. I explained this to Debbie many times, that I would not get out of work. I am a manager at a restaurant and I had girls call in and I had no one else to come in and I couldn’t leave at noon (lunch time). I sincerely apologized and asked to reschedule. She informed me I would have to pay the $100 cancellation fee (which I understand) but I was not paying that since I had no choice. I tried to be calm but she was very unprofessional and said that no matter what she was charging me and i “didnt have a good mindset on life”. I unfortunately will not be coming back to this location as I feel that she was very rude to me. I probably would have paid the cancellation fee (even though that’s insane) if she was a little nicer.

Dr. Mai is gentle, knowledgeable and efficient. My tooth extraction was smooth, quick and painless. Highly recommend!

Just done my first dental cleaning here, Tamara is so kind and gentle all through the process. and all the doctor and staff and receptionists are so kind and nice. Thank you guys!

After a few appointments at this dentistry, I can confirm that the dentistry staff are very professional and accommodating, and very talented. They are currently re-modeling and the progress looks great. I am only giving 4 stars due to a lack of decorum during the payment process by a certain receptionist who had no understanding of how to apply private health insurance for a patient.
