With covid, post partum depression and coming out if that spiral trying to make a better life by going to school and working I admit I have been neglectful in getting my 2020 baby dental care. Last year I brought my 8 year old here and while bed side manners were definitely slacking at that time I knew I didn't have time to search through the new soonercare dental providers and I knew what to expect. Wrong. Teresa white and her hygienist were so beyond rude and straight mean. I went in with immense mom guilt and expected a lecture but they went beyond. I didn't say anything in the appt because I felt as if I deserved it but when processing the comments I couldn't help but be angry. She argued with me about breastfeeding and went on and on about how I can let my son cry if he wants my breast. She strangely asked if he cried during diaper changes or when I dress him which I found irrelevant. Her jaw dropped as she pried my sons mouth open and gave me a nasty glare when I explained my husband sleeps on the couch and my 4 year old sleeps in bed with me. She reiterated over and over again she doesn't want to do his dental work and told me to take him to a dentist at my job (even though she was surprised when I told her where I work and she wasn't aware they had a pediatric dentist) or to a clinic where they have students. I said from the get go i was nervous because I've had multiple awful experiences with dentists which also plays apart in me delaying his care and yet she still did exactly what I feared would happen times 10. She was an awful human and she should not be touching children. After speaking to multiple clinics trying to change providers I have been told that this isn't the first incident and she isn't known to be the kindest dentist and should not be working with kids. This lady needs to revaluate her "specialty" in pediatrics.

My son has been seeing Dr. White since he was 2 years old He is 18 years old now! 16 years!! Everyone in the office is so kind, professional and awesome!

It’s so important that the child trust the dentist and the Doc made my little girl feel safe and comfortable. She sat through every procedure or cleaning and never cried. I highly recommend Southwest Pediatric Dentist Theresa White.

Dr. White and her staff are amazing! They have been treating all 3 of my kids for about 9 years now. Every visit with them is pleasant and they always make my kids feel comfortable. Dr. White is great at explaining everything to you very thoroughly. I would 100% recommend you take your kids there.
