11/18/2024 Still Stellar!! 100 GAZILLION+ stars! I went in to get the pain from my back lower molar looked taken care of asap. As usual, thanks to Yvonne again, she was able to get me in within less than a week. And, trust me -this is not because of a lack of patients!! Even when he gets an unexpected task that takes more time to fix; Dr. Bob personally comes out to the waiting room to give a heads up and an apology that there is going to be a delay. Dr. Bob remains so thorough and caring for EVERY area of my dental needs! Keep doing what you're doing White Oak Family Dentistry! Five Stars! 1.You won't find a sincerely friendly yet professional office more than White Oak Family Dentistry. 2. Dr. Bob and Dr. Nicole always explain in layman terms what is the problem they find in your mouth (gums or teeth) and give options of how the problem can be resolved without being condescending. 3. Always puts you and your pain first. Talks about payment AFTER a problem and solution is found. If the work will be more than you can afford, referrals are made. 4. Follow up on work done is also excellent and put their money where their mouth is by telling you to come in if the work was not to your satisfaction. 5. SO HONEST!!! Very hard to find this value anywhere these days!!!
