Excellent service. I got in right away and they took care of my issue. The staff is great!! Super welcoming. Top notch technology and facility is clean. Highly recommended. Will be taking my family here for all of our future dental needs. Thanks to all who took care of me!!!

I recently visited White Bear Dentists as my regular clinic was fully booked; unfortunately, it turned out to be the most disappointing dental experience I’ve encountered to date. I saw Dr. Ernste for a "Basic Cleaning" and was surprised to find that, instead of a hygienist, the dentist himself performed the cleaning—which lasted barely three minutes. I was even told we were "flying through this," which left me feeling rushed and unimportant, all while I held my own saliva ejector. The focus appeared to be on up-selling additional services rather than providing genuine care for my oral hygiene needs. The scare tactics used to promote these extra services created an atmosphere that seemed far more focused on profit than on actual care. This approach gave the impression that White Bear Dentists prioritizes up-selling over supporting patients’ basic oral health needs. For anyone looking for a clinic that truly values patient care and emphasizes long-term oral health, another provider would likely be a better choice. I genuinely fear for those who are uninformed or have limited dental care knowledge. The one highlight of my visit was the exceptional Dental Assistant, Anna. She was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Final Note: Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend White Bear Dentists to anyone.

I went to White Bear Dentists as a new patient and I was so happy with the care I received. Jude, the manager, helped me do my online check in and was so nice and patient. Dr Holtz did my exam and explained all the treatment so that I understood my options. Zach came in and did my cleaning and he was so gentle. Before I left I made more appointments because I will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!

I work in a field where Customer Service is super important; therefore, I'm always being attentive to how different businesses treat their clients/customers. Zach, right out the gate, was super friendly and lowered my anxieties by explaining every step of his procedures. He was calm, confident, and made the whole experience very comfortable! Dr. Holtz always come in with an upbeat vibe and helped answer any final questions before I left. Thank you Zach and Dr. Hotlz!

Let me tell you I had the BEST experience here!!!! I had a dental emergency and they got me in with in a hr of opening. The staff was so great, I was having a freak out of missing a tooth and Dr. Theodore was such a sweet guy calming me down and making sure I left there with a tooth while I wait for my implant to happen! Dr Johnson was great as well with starting my implant process and very comforting! I’m so happy I picked this place in my time of melt down!!!
