All people with Medicare - stay away from this dentist. My dad who is a Spanish speaker only went to see dr. coats, the staff brought a Medicare sales agent who change my dad Humana plan without his consent, since he speaks only Spanish they made the decision upon themselves to enroll him in a plan that supposedly will cover ( dentist with get paid more by company) more dental care. These were all lies, now because they changed his plan, his insulin and diabetic meds are not covered under this new insurance, we had to take him to the emergency room for not able to get most of his meds, on top of that, all his doctors are not part of the network with this new insurance. All Medicare clients please avoid going here.

Lady in front lobby customer service is terrible and gets mad when you're honest with her. Super unprofessional and makes the dentist office look bad as a whole. They should care more about treating patients but they only care about themselves and their money. This place needs to step it up a whole lot.

First time coming in for a routine cleaning. Front desk told me they couldn’t find insurance coverage. Apparently had my DOB wrong. Front desk told me that it would be best to reschedule because it takes long to verify the insurance. I told them I didn’t mind waiting since I had to take time off work. Front desk said I should’ve called with my insurance info even though I did a week prior. I don’t understand why they didn’t call me back if they couldn’t find me in the system to verify. This already made me not trust this place. Lack of communication and I stayed to see if they’re able to hopefully see me for a routine check up. I’m a single mother of an 8 month old baby, I made time to come and try to take care of my teeth. I hate when my time is not being respected. For some people is easy to reschedule since they don’t have much going on. I have to make appointments ahead of time so I can take time off work and extend babysitting. Hopefully they don’t try to charge me even tho is just for a simple cleaning.

Best dentist I've ever been to. Absolutely not a bit of pain. That's after a rootcanal and a partial extraction with a temporary crown. Beautiful & super efficient people. No long waits or over crowded waiting room office. I highly recommend this dentist for you & your family.

I was scared to go to the dentist. It actually worked out my dentist put me at ease and that’s all I needed. I guess I over thought it, everything turned out great. She did an excellent job. Got my caps put in and still need some more work done. I’m going back also the staff is great and nice. Thank you to everyone that works at Westwind.
