My hygienist was amazing today, I asked for lip balm and she kept a bunch of q tips with lip balm ready for the whole thing! She was very thorough and gentle too. The dentist there is chill as well, and the front desk works with me so well, even when I forgot my wallet and they let me call in with my card number after the appointment. The whole team is great!

Terrible Experience at Westwind Dental - AVOID THIS PLACE If I could give negative stars, I would. Our experience at Westwind Dental (5115 N Dysart Road, Litchfield Park, AZ) was absolutely horrific from start to finish. My wife needed seven teeth pulled due to unbearable pain, and after an initial consultation, we were told she'd receive a temporary partial until fully healed, followed by a permanent one or the option for implants. Sounds reasonable, right? Wrong. First, they referred her to another location for the actual surgery, which was already inconvenient. Then, the night before surgery, my wife followed their instructions to take anxiety meds, but they didn’t work at all. She was shaking with nerves the morning of the surgery. They offered nitrous oxide to calm her down, which I paid for, but then the surgeon denied giving it to her. We had already paid for it, but apparently, that didn't matter. To make things worse, the surgeon suddenly revealed plans to extract all of her upper teeth, not the seven we had agreed upon. My wife and I were in total shock. When I expressed my concerns, the surgeon rudely kicked me out of the room. It gets worse. The receptionist then told me I had to wait outside—in the 110-degree heat—while my wife went through surgery! I complied just to avoid making things worse, but it was completely unacceptable. After surgery, they sent my wife out alone, with no help. They didn't even have the decency to ask me to assist her. To top it off, the surgeon pulled eight teeth instead of seven. Completely negligent and unprofessional. But the nightmare didn’t end there. Weeks of back-and-forth phone calls about her dental appliance led to absolutely nothing. No progress, no plan, just excuses. When I finally requested a refund, we were ignored—completely ghosted. We're now taking this up with the Attorney General, Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners, and filing reviews everywhere we can. This place is beyond unprofessional and uncaring. From the time you walk in, Stephanie & Tuesday (front office) are very welcoming. Dr Bob was very professional & eased my fear of dental work making me feel very comfortable knowing I was in good hands. I definitely recommend this dentist office, you’ll never have dental anxiety again.
