When you hear “you need a crown”! Let’s just say you don’t look forward to it. However Dr Galvin and his entire staff were so kind and reassuring. Painless-painless!! Highly recommend!

Rude front desk staff. Even if you make an appointment months in advance you might get your appointment canceled or the dentist just might not be there and you need to reschedule. I found it ironic that I would wait between 15 and 30 min to get in every time but they have a sign on their desk saying if you're more than 10 minutes late your appointment is canceled. No respect for your time but God forbid, you waste theirs. Response to reply: I was kinda hoping you would respond. You said one would need to reply to a confirmation message... you send them out in automation so they are blocked by spam filters. For anyone reading this, I have never failed to show up to an appointment without canceling days prior. You failed to comment on your little 10 minute sign and how I've always had to wait well past my appointment time, but you didn't seem to care then. You also failed to comment on another person in my house getting their appointment canceled because the dentist wasn't there. I guess we are all supposed to understand and be forgiving when you inconvenience others because of your lack of planning. I would not be suprised to find out that the only positive reviews here are from their employees and their families.

The front desk gal who explains the insurance information and schedule appointments was amazing. I went in on the wrong day and the wrong month. And she squeeze me in the next day. The gal who took my x-rays, explained my needs for a deep clean. And the doctor was very friendly. Most dentist that I’ve been to have been very quiet and less than a few words. When I was leaving. The gal at the front desk had a cancellation and I needed a two hour Opening for my necessary dental needs. She got me in within a couple of days knowing that Mike insurance would be canceled because I was switching jobs. Five stars for sure in my book.

Loved my experience, everyone was so kind and my hygienist was so sweet and thorough. I’ve had really bad experiences as a kid at a dentist’s office before, and being able to laugh about it now with her was really helpful. Dr. Galven was really nice as well, putting my husband at ease for his appointment also!

The lady who cleaned and examined my teeth was amazing. It is hard for me not to cough. Getting over bronchitis. She worked fast and was very understanding. She had just gotten over this same annoying cough. She was wonderful. Wish I had gotten her name. Everyone was kind, understanding and made me feel comfortable. See you in 6 mths.
