The orthodontist and her team were fantastic! They fixed my cavities and a fracture with ease, and the entire appointment was smooth and stress-free. Everyone was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable the whole time. the dr also took the time to explain how I can better care for my teeth, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dentist!"

Dr M, and Janet were the best with me! I am terrified of the dentist but they were so patient and took all the time I needed and made me feel Soo comfortable! Not to mention I didn’t feel a thing. They were the best and I will 100% be going back!

Really was not a great experience. First, the initial consultation felt more like an interrogation. I even mentioned I have anxiety when it comes to medical facilities. I was talked over and talked down to. That should have been my sign to find help elsewhere, but I went in later and had 3 extractions done, and none of them were sewn shut which I understand is up to the dental surgeon, however, I ended up in the ER the same night due to one of the sites bleeding profusely, even with me reading and rereading and following the instructions given to me to the T. I will give them props, they checked my extraction sites multiple times afterwards, however, whoever repeatedly hung up when I was trying to call about cancelling an appointment - and I mean before even picking up the phone SEVERAL times, that's just unprofessional. Also, curious as to why they had an after hour emergency number which also wasn't answered. Honestly I just don't want to come back after all of that and I cannot recommend this office.

Was told prior to this appointment today that the surgeon was scheduled to remove routes from six previously extracted teeth only to arrive and being told that they would only be checking the bite as the are in the process of creating dentures for my sister. She is disabled and I planned the transportation around what I was told by the dentist.

Customer service 0 out of 5 You should offer a training on empathizing it would do your staff really good and your business. Price of care 1 out of 5 Beware they only want your money. I work in customer service and always go above and beyond for customers, and i never felt cared for at this office treated me like a number not a person. Will never go back for care and canceling all future appointments the orange office much better worth the drive from corona. Even with with 91 freeway being a nightmare this place is worse.
