Chandler is a nice office, staff welcoming and friendly, I’m just upset because someone, one of your employees in one of your offices somewhere, messaged me stating that my insurance was accepted and for me to schedule. Turns out I got nothing done Took the day off from work and now I have to resubmit to my insurance to see if they’ll say yes it’s not very cool that I scheduled for nothing and lost my days wages Not cool

I had a crown at this location. The assistant messed up while putting it in place and got very tight. The floss wouldn't pass and he said he would fix it. However, after trying very hard he tried to remove it so can restart but it didn't happen. Eventually, he told me if something goes I should come back. I always had issue to floss that specific tooth. Last night, after a year, the crown fell off and I am without a tooth now.

Don't waste your time going here. I had my appointment rescheduled 5 time in less then 1 month as a new patient and even had my appointment canceled 20 min before. Due to contract lady being absent like dont they have a back up for when they call off very unprofessional could of at least called me early in the morning when they knew dam will she wasnt their. I regret recommending my brother to them cause they are doing the same to him he's had 2 rescheduled appointment which made him loss PTO from work just to get his appointment canceled. PLEASE DONT GO TO THE CHANDLER FACILITY. You for sure will regret it.

I had an appointment for a tooth extraction but they cancelled my appointment a few days before it was scheduled and made another appointment for me for 6 weeks later. Two days before this appointment they cancelled again and scheduled another appointment for 3 weeks later. After 2 months and one week of waiting due to their cancellations, the tooth abscessed and I had to make an emergency appointment for the following day. I was able to keep that appt. and went in in excruciating pain. I received a prescription for antibiotics and scheduled another appointment for 8 days later. Although the office was clean and the dentists were competent and professional, I am not pleased with having to wait over 2 months to be seen from my initial appt. Due to their cancellations, I end up with an abscessed tooth, needing an emergency appt., excruciating pain and loss of work. Hopefully they will not cancel my appointment in 8 days. I am looking for a new dentist who will be more reliable.

Avoid Western Dental at all costs. No one in my family, including myself, has ever been to a Western Dental location or affiliate, yet they somehow got a hold of our information and spam us RELENTLESSLY. Both my wife and I get 2-3 texts per week (each) saying we're over-due for an appointment. I get mailers in my mailbox from Western Dental saying they're my primary care provider (false) with official looking letterhead that look like bills. I've reported these fraudsters and they still don't stop. They are clearly buying people's personal information, spamming them, and hoping to get a percentage of people who fall for their mass marketing. It's a ridiculously disingenuous practice that should be illegal. This reminds me of those Publishers Clearing House mailers from the 80s and 90s that targeted the elderly telling them they were already winners if they just sign up with their info. Western Dental gives off that same scammy vibe. The worst part is, there's no way to purge my personal information they have on-record. I don't have an account with Western Dental, so I can't turn off mailing or advertising preferences. I'm in some database with thousands of others, unable to do anything about it. With so, so, so many more choices when it comes to dentists, why would anyone put up with this annoying company? Hope they go out of business. Someone needs to go full Beekeeper on their corporate offices for stealing people's personal info.

New patient (carryover from sold practice - to Brident). In the new patient packet there is a required signature on an arbitration agreement that would waive all of your rights to a jury trial. I will not abrogate my rights. I can only imagine that they've had numerous lawsuits in the past and this is their way of covering their butts. Also, call center is in an Asian country, difficult to understand and during each and every call, I was hassled with offers for orthodontic eval, and other needless services. Why the upsell? Please folks, look for a better office. I have found one, but it would not be proper to 'advertise' for them hear. Good Luck!
