Chandler is a nice office, staff welcoming and friendly, I’m just upset because someone, one of your employees in one of your offices somewhere, messaged me stating that my insurance was accepted and for me to schedule. Turns out I got nothing done Took the day off from work and now I have to resubmit to my insurance to see if they’ll say yes it’s not very cool that I scheduled for nothing and lost my days wages Not cool!!!!!

In the new patient packet there is a required signature on an arbitration agreement that would waive all of your rights to a jury trial. I will not abrogate my rights. I can only imagine that they've had numerous lawsuits in the past and this is their way of covering their butts. Also, call center is in an Asian country, difficult to understand and during each and every call, I was hassled with offers for orthodontic eval, and other needless services. Why the upsell? Please folks, look for a better office. I have found one, but it would not be proper to 'advertise' for them hear. Good Luck!
