YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME?? 🚩🚩🚩come to this clinic!!!! My daughter had an appointment on 11/30 she had an x-ray done for orthodontist, she needs braces, their prices for braces are insane for 18-24 months close to the $6,000 (regular braces)!! And if she needs them longer they will charge us more!! Obviously i said no. So i scheduled another appointment because the dentist suggested her baby tooth needs to get pulled. He never mentioned about another exam or anything else just about pulling her tooth out on the next appointment. Today she had an appointment to get her baby tooth pulled. And when we got there the front desk girl (rude) tells me that they will not pull her tooth out, that they need to do another exam and another x-ray!!! I said, can they use the one they took a week before? she said no, i also asked her how much is my copayment for the exam? She said she can’t tell me till the exam was done!!! So i walk away with my daughter. They are just full of surprises every time you go its always something new. Nonsense!!! They just want to charge your insurance and you! Walk away from this clinic!!! My red flag 🚩 should of been when i went last week and a lady was complaining to them about telling her one thing over the phone and then getting a different thing when she got there!!! No communication whatsoever!! Just surprises!!

As someone that fears going to the dentist, I must say this was a great experience and visit. Dr. Sina is incredible!!! Half of the numbness injections I didn’t even feel! He is pleasant, kind and most of all, very thorough. And any patient would be fortunate to have Noemi. Her energy kept me calm during the entire process on both of my visits so far. I highly recommend Western Dental to anyone, and I will tell everyone!

Staff kept us waiting while engaged in a personal conversation along with cell phone activity. The exam was thorough. The technician gave Richard careful attention, recognizing his Alzheimers challenges. The cost estimates are outrages. Your charges are the incentive for many of us to travel to Mexico for dental services. The good experiences of others are our incentive.

I've been coming here for years since I've had my braces. Each time there's always something wrong or some type of miscommunication happening. I used to shrug it off since I was a nice person, but this time I'm done. The main doctor for general is rude, after waiting for so long to be brought in she's so quick with her examination. She doesn't take the time to go over what's going on she just try's to get you out asap. If she's so quick with the exam why do we wait so long?? After waiting an hour to be brought in and 10 min exam I waited another hour to just talk to the insurance lady. Originally I thought it was me but the whole time I was waiting for the insurance lady to call me in two different people coming up to the front and complaining on why it's taking so long. Please don't come here if you don't want your time wasted

After months of searching for a dentist, I was referred to this one, I was told they were nice but the wait was long. The day we went in with our daughter we were told that they go to lunch from 1-2, they scheduled my appointment at 1, now why would I get scheduled at that time if they have lunch at that time! Not only that I filled out all their registration forms online and was told they were not all filled out. The girls there did not even take the time to look for it in their system. Then to top it off we left came back at 2 just to be told “oh no we can’t take you but we can schedule you back in 6mos”!!! I understand they need an approval from the insurance but why not say that when I called for the appointment or when we showed up, waste of time, waste of day and missed work for this BS.. so please look for another dentistry
