My first experience with Western dental was quite horrible! Worst dentist experience in my life. And then they reached out and told me that they had new doctors and new management. So I gave it another shot, and it was an amazing quick clean process. They were flexible with my schedule, I didn't spend a lot of time waiting and I'm very pleased with my clean teeth!

Dentist is capable, all the other staff and the business manager are incompetent. They made a mistake with billing and tried to double charge me for close to $2k. It’s been a month and still can’t figure out what they did to rectify the account. I have never seen a company run so poorly. Do not waste your time find a more professional place to go.

Excellence persecuted about issues . The manager and assistant are amazing people and did their duties very well with kindness and respect and compassion and patience with Joy.! Awesome work. 5star..!!

Dr. Lowery did an excellent job. His staff was extremely professional and entertaining thus keeping my mind busy from dentistry 😊
