So, the staff from the receptionist, to the doctors.. the nurses, and everyone in there did a really good job of making me feel comfortable. They even went above and beyond to help me get my teeth fixed. It was my first appointment, they did oh so much. They did weeks/months of work, same day. Even let me run to my interview and come back. Would recommend this dental establishment to anyone hands down. Thank you western dental! -zach

Absolutely the best. I am glad the whole staff have changed the past year. Dr Kim is very good and he knew my diagnosis with my teeth after careful examination and X-rays. Kimberly amazing patient care coordinator, she is absolutely the best. She went above and beyond to get me best installment finances to get my gum and night guard with filling and deep cleaning taken care off. She was extremely patient , knowledgeable, professional and she was very compassionate regarding my income issues , and my mental health since I gave autism and bipolar I can’t wait to get all my treatment done soon. The only thing every patient has to know is that you have to be patiently waiting Office and clinic are very clean and the area around the clinic is safe.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the ortho and general staff at this dental location for making my visit and exam very quick and easy. Dr. Park was great with the exam and gave great feedback on how to improve my teeth sensitivity. Kim’s the best for making the paperwork/dental insurance process super easy. Definitely coming back!!!

Omg there are no words to express how grateful I am for the dentist Dr. PARK and ALEXY for guiding me thru my molar extract ! They helped me when everyone else said NO ! My pain was so intense I was going to drive to Mexico . They literally saved my life ! The doctor was so kind and made sure I was numb before proceeding! May God bless this clinic !

I feel comfortable, the dentist gives me the information I need to know about what there going to do to me. Am an older patient and didn't take care of my teeth so it's time for dentures so I have a lot of questions. There not done yet so if it keeps going smooth I will put up the fifth star ? Mr Rivera

The Staff was able to accommodate me with a same day appointment, on a Saturday at that as I was having a dental emergency! I was able to be seen and received a same day resolution to my problem! The staff was patient, kind and knowledgeable! I am beyond happy with my experience! Thank you Western Dental Pasadena!
