Surprise charges, unorganized office staff and long waits that leave you rushed through your dental work. I do give the dentist I was treated by on Saturday 5 stars but the scheduling by the staff or taking an “ emergency “ before a scheduled quick procedure and making me wait 4.5 hours for an 8:30 am appointment is just uncalled for. They put you in a room and ignore you not even offering water. They lie about how much longer you have to wait. Before that I went in for a cavity and ended up needing a root canal and crown.. the X-ray should have showed that. I think that dentist should have stopped right away and informed me instead of grinding my tooth down to the nerve. I never even had any pain in that tooth just thought it was a cavity or I wouldn’t have done anything. I’m beyond frustrated.
