The environment is harsh, the picture is real, and the service is indescribable. There is basically no service. Please don't come here if you have any other choice. I washed my teeth normally for only 8 -9 minutes, but I waited for one hour. Everyone knows the basic three steps of tooth washing, but I didn't get the last step of tooth polishing, so I was asked to leave. I didn't want to come here for the second time at all. The bathroom was broken. The air conditioner was extremely cold.

I picked this dental office because it was the closest in-network provider that my policy covered. My first three visits were exemplary, and you seriously can’t beat the price. It’s like 50% cheaper than usual. That said, they have a lot of patients it looks like an ER in there some days but you get what you pay for. Leaving a 5 star review because the orthodontist is always very kind and compassionate in a very stressful environment. Western Dental is very lucky to have her. Most of the staff are the same. If you don’t mind their very tight schedule (meaning if you don’t make your appointment you will have to wait weeks) or a really cold dental office then this is the place for you! I got my braces on 7 months ago and my teeth are no longer crowded. I’m really impressed with the outcome so far. But then again they have hundreds of clients!

The appointment was made for me yet the person checking me in has no idea why I was there and she actually had to count to figure out that between Jan 2023 and Nov 2024 was almost two years. When I was finally called back to get X-rays taken the person taking my X-rays didn’t seem to know what she’s was doing or forgot because after leaving me sitting in the chair for a few minutes to take care of another patient she came back in and just stood staring at the computer and counter for a few seconds with a blank look on her face before leaving again. After finally hearing my X-rays done I sat and waited for several minutes while the staff stood around talking to each other, not seeming to know who was going to see what patient and in what order. When the dentist finally got to me she asked about if I had any pain, looked at my X-rays and took a Quick Look in my mouth just to say I need a deep cleaning which needs to get authorization and takes about 5 weeks and then mentioned something about dentures which she said isn’t covered along with something else. She was very hard to understand because she had such a strong accent since English isn’t her first language. I was so upset when I left. I thought to myself if implants aren’t covered and dentures aren’t covered than am I suppose to go around with bad teeth or no teeth at all? I was suppose to have a deep cleaning last year but they never followed through. I called the insurance company when I got home only to find out that the dentist was wrong about what is and isn’t covered, upsetting me more because of the stress of making claims that weren’t true. I’m not sure if I should go back to that office for my deep cleaning or not but I will definitely be looking for a new dentist to go to

Just as now, I got my teeth cleaned, and it all worked out well, just like the last time I came for cleaning. But what everyone needs to know that they take it seriously to make sure that you feel your teeth being cleaned because it's a sign to make sure it infected which is what Dr. Tammy said. If you don't feel anything in your body, always call immediately!

Tammy was really nice and very informative on everything she was doing. She seems to really love her job and I felt comfortable with her.
