Everyone I encountered was very friendly and patient! Alejandra took a good amount of photos & x-rays and was very careful to make sure I was comfortable when placing the camera in my mouth. Dr.Carr was very fun-loving and took the time to advise me on my treatment plan. Lupe was very thorough explaining the order of things I need to get done. Michelle was great with my deep cleaning. It was all-in-all a VERY great experience. ?

My husband had an appointment at 9:15am and was not called in until 10:45am. The place opens at 9am and when we asked how much longer, we were told that he had 3 people in front of him. How was this possible. The room was full and the waiting was ridiculous. Recommend not to overlap appointments to give better service.

I have been happy until this past week. I broke a tooth on my upper denture and I called Monday morning explained they made me appointment for Tuesday afternoon once I got there, they had to reschedule me because they were too booked. I go back today Thursday and they say I have to send them off. There is nothing they can do and I’ll take four days how they just told me that on Monday I could already have them back by now corporate booking should know this stuff when they make appointments

I appreciate this office the empathetic nature of the staff is Amazing! Susie and the rest of the employees are great customer service is excellent! The care about your needs and help make solutions to fit your financial budget!

I have to admit that they did a great job with the service provided. I'm not a fan of the dentist and they made sure that I was comfortable the entire time.

I have had two bad experiences with my son and myself. My insurance company has authorized our services, but since I have not wanted to buy for their special treatments out of my own pocket, they have not wanted to do the work for me.
