I had an exceptional experience at this dental office! All the staff including the front desk were amazing. The dentist was honest, thorough, and ensured I felt well-informed about my dental health. My hygienist Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable, meticulous, and detailed when it came to my cleaning, especially in a spot that had a lot of plaque build-up. She is amazing at her craft! Michelle was patient and walked me through everything she was doing. I felt very informed and educated on my oral health. As well, I was given patient education on ways I can improve my oral care at home by the dentist and hygienist, which I appreciated a lot. I also felt very comfortable throughout the entire process!

Highly recommended! I had a great experience with Dr. Shamim and Dr. Wissam. They were incredibly patient throughout the process and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood each step. The staff was super friendly, and everything was professional. All in all, everyone here helps you forget the bad news about your teeth lol :D

Dr. Wissam and his team are great. I’ve been treated by him for five years, and all my experiences with the team have been good so far—except with Michelle, the hygienist. She was doing an okay job initially, but when I asked for some additional cleaning on spots with stains, her attitude changed and became unprofessional and dismissive. I felt completely insulted by her behavior. It’s disappointing that a longtime patient would be treated that way by one hygienist. All I did was ask for a mirror to check if the stains were gone, but she ignored me and seemed eager to rush me out. None of the other hygienists have ever behaved like that. The end of cleaning seemed unfinished and she just rushed me to get out.

I recently started to go to Westdale Dentistry. Upon arrival, I noticed that the premises very neat and tidy. The reception staff very friendly and accommodating. Dr Shamim and the hygienist Komol were both very professional and knowledgeable in their work. The dentist answered all my questions in a compassionate manner. The care and service that I received was very professional and satisfying. I am very grateful to the staff of Westdale Dentistry.

Their equipment is advanced, and the clinic is clean, which made me feel at ease
