I had a great experience at this dental office for my first visit. I came in for a cleaning and routine exam, and from start to finish, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The receptionist explained the services offered, ensuring I was fully informed, and the dental hygienist made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr. Rajpal was very thorough with her exam and took the time to explain everything in detail. I really appreciated the care and professionalism of the entire team.

Very thorough! I am a dental-phobe but Dr. Krinick explained my condition and offered treatment options that took my fears and finances into consideration. I would highly recommend his practice! The icing on the cake is his front desk staff - always welcoming and friendly!

Dr Krinick is the quintessential master of his profession! I have been his patient for over 11years and during that time Dr. Krinick has consistently provided me with the best clinical and professional service..... He doesn’t have a magical wand, but he does have an excellent knowledge of dentristy, communicates in easy understandable terms and most of all “ he truly cares” about his patients. His office staff and team of specialists truly take the fear out of sitting in the “chair.”

I just visited this place for the first time today. I would have rated them 5 stars based on the hygienist Jihee alone, who was really awesomely thorough - unlike some other places that rush you through as fast as possible just to get as many patients in as possible... but I'm walking out feeling mad and cheated because i was misled into thinking they were in-network with my provider, MetLife only to be hit with an almost $30 copay for cleaningand xrays! The lady at the desk also acted very shifty - like she's done this bait and switch many times before. I ALWAYS ask if a Dr is in-network, and i was told this place was when i called. Given the fact i waited 10 minutes over my appointment time before being attended to, someone could have found the time to mention the copay because my insurance only covered 80%. So even though they are pretty good just on principle because i hate underhanded business practices, i will not be going back. Ps: this is not the first time I've used an out of network dentist. The other one came clean and openly said they are out of network but they were prepared to take only what the insurance offered and waive the copay. Now that's professional and honest. Learn from my mistake and always verify MULTIPLE times that your provider is in-network. Up until the last second.
